This handsome boy, Luca, had his last day of chemo last Tuesday, which calls for a celebration! He received a gift basket of goodies and was so happy to play with them. His wonderful owners showered our staff with our own kinda goodies-CAKE! We are so grateful to have Luca and his humans as part of our Reelfoot Animal Hospital family. And, can we just say how lucky we are to have Dr. Ferguson and Phoebe on our team?! RAH is a blessed bunch.

As most of you, our friends, are aware, the staff at Reelfoot Animal Hospital suffered a great loss this past May. A wonderful human lost his battle with mental health. Because of this tremendous loss, we are committed to speaking up about mental health awareness. We ask you all to do the same.

Conversations that are difficult to have, are usually the most important ones to have. Have them anyway. Speak up. Check on your friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers. If your people seem 'off', address it. Give them resources. Go above and beyond. It could be the most important thing you do.
