It was brought to my attention that my automated txt reminders are not being received. I have a message out to my system support to try and get this resolved. I will try my best to send a message manually the day before until the issue is resolved.

Current Clients: starting in about a week, I will no longer be able to "work you in" after my other job or for evening appointments. If you are not scheduled out for the year, undrrstand it may be a couple months before i can get you in. And if you aquire a new dog, that new dog is concidered a new client and i will not be able to work any new dogs in.

Future Clients: I am NOT able to take new clients at this time. I have a wait list if you are interested in being on it. Once groom shop conversiin is complete, i will be grooming more and cutting work hrs at my other job. Keep in mind, i will be going through my wait list before publically announcing i can take new clients.. I currently have about 40 people on that list and will be calling in order I recieve the request. There is No garantee if you are on my wait list, I will be able to add you during this transition period and definately No garantee I will be able to add you if you are not on my list.

This is why, among other reasons, I will Not shave a double-coated dog unless the coat is already ruined or for medical purposes. This poor sheltie was shaved 1 time, not by owners request, the groomer just shaved this poor dog.

Just a note to anyone new following my page or looking for a groomer, unfortuanately, I am over full and cannot take new clients as i am still employed at another ft job. We are remodeling and making a groom shop in the first bay of our garage. It is a slow process but it will be great once it is done. Hopefully sometime next yr, i will be able to transition to grooming more and be able to take more clients. I do have a pretty long wait list so if you would like to be added please message me. Groomshop Coversion update...

We have almost have the area in the garage we are building the groomshop cleared out. We have been gathering supplies and have the studs for framing, the 2 exteriir doors, 2 windows, and all the corregated metal for lining the walls!

Along with all the changes, inflation and the economy, i will be adjusting my pricing as well. Instead of a breed spacific starting price, i will most likely be changing to a starting hourly base rate. Then there will be upgrades that you can add on like specialty shampoos, and deshed treatments. I will also be implementing a pretty large matted dog fee (the cost of blade replacement since it ruins my blades) Most of you see me regularly so you all wont need to worry about that.

I am still unable to take new clients at this time and most likely not till early next yr. Let me know if you would like on my wait list.

Finally had a spare moment to do a good deshed on Hazel. Between her and Aries my Husky, I cleaned up the hair 4 times during their grooming sesson and it is still settling in the groom room...

Just a little update...

I am still recovering from the accident but doing much better!

I have slowly started calling current clients to get appointments scheduled. Please be patient as I still cannot groom to the capacity i was before.

If you are a CURRENT client feel free to message me for an apt if you have not heard from me... i am slowly working my contact list.

I am NOT taking new clients at this time, but I do have a waiting list. Message me if you would like to be added.

EXCITING NEWS... we are remodeling part of the first bay in our garage into a groom shop! So eventually no more working from a small bathroom conversion.

I also want to thank all my clients who stuck with me on this journey!!! It is all because of you, this is all coming together.

For those of you who were so petty to complain about my grooming space, please dont bother when my beautiful space is complete! We are going to have a fully POSITIVE work space and environment and any negativity will not be tolerated.

Update: i do have a wonderful groomer who may be able to help me get caught up. We will be working through my missed appointment list in the next couple weeks!

For those of you who dont know... the day after Christmas, i was driving home from work and was in a car accident. The person who hit me is a very good person and is taking full responsibility. I have been working with their insurance company to resolve the claim. Unfortunately my car is totaled. I also am recovering, dealing with a concussion, whiplash, and back and neck pain. I am hoping to start working through my list of missed apts clients to get people scheduled starting in Feb. This means some of you may not be seen till March. With that said, i heard the gal they have at petsense is pretty good as a few of my clients have been going there as i am recovering.

As for my hands and surgeries, i am recovering very well from that.

Thank you all for your patience during my recovery. At this time, if you are not already a client, i will be unable to take new clients until i extend my business. Thank you all for understanding.

Our kids made it in a calendar contest, and they chose hazel for the cover of a Christmas edition seek n find book. My copy should be here in a few days!!!
