MCAL, along with participating veterinarians, is currently offering free spay/neuter surgeries for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens that reside in Monroe County. This offer will be available until funding is exhausted. This opportunity is possible as the result of a generous grant from the WV Department of Agriculture.
