Here is an excellent review that tells of what goes into each successful outcome and the place of good intention I work from.

Glad she was able to see through the whole process so clearly, setting her self up for the success she is working toward.

"If you are willing to listen" is an important point, many choose not to and miss or mistake what is being offered to them with kindness, although it's sometimes difficult to get done without "ruffling feathers".

Here is one I was working on a while back. I had to settle her mind in a big way, it had been skipped over in her initial start that was prior to my working with her. As a result she smoothed out in her way of going, and became more aware and engaged in what we were working toward. Started working on transitions, rating and steading her speed, stops and teaching her to turn around and the beginnings of a spin. She made big progress from where she was, opening the door to letting her reach her full potential.
