Fireworks: Keep Your Pet Calm & Collected 🎆

Fireworks can be bright and beautiful, but they can be a source of fear and anxiety for our pets. Here are some tips to help your pet cope with fireworks:

✅ Create A Safe Space: Set up a quiet, secure area away from loud noises.

✅ Lower The Noise: Consider soothing music or white noise to drown out the loud booms.

✅ Distract Them: Provide your pet with toys, treats, and chews to keep their mind off the fireworks.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities include handling client interactions, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments using our online veterinary software, monitoring email inboxes, assisting with online pharmacy prescription approvals, responding to text messages and more. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required. Experience in veterinary medicine is preferred.
