I can't tell you how grateful I was to be able to go to the Scott Collier Memorial Clinic last weekend! There were so many great names in attendance and a wealth of knowledge being shared! In the short time I knew Scott, I was able to see that this is truly what he would have wanted! I am sending a big thank you to the Virginia Horseshoers Association and the Mount Vernon Ladies Association for organizing and hosting this event!

A little bit of breakfast this morning! All parts of this meal were provided by my client at Honey Brook Farms in Culpeper! I think the greatest way to show appreciation to your clients is to support their small buisness as well. My Dad always told me that in buisness we need to take care of the ones who take care of us!

While the venmo donation totals have not been confirmed, we believe a little over $9,000 was raised to be split between David Mackoff and Jeff Rankins. This is thanks to our wonderful farrier community who gave up time in their busy schedules and showed up with open wallets, and vendors who sent money, a clinician, and auction items. David and Jeff have expressed their gratitude. We have a great farrier community.

Amazing clinic today by hosted at shop! Todays clinic was held as a benefit for Jeff Rankins and David Mackoff, two farriers who have had recent medical needs. Very happy to see such a large turnout!

This was a very stressful and tedious process to heal this abscess blowout, but we got him taken care of! Every day applying sugardine and Epsom salts, the countless rolls of duct tape and vet wrap. You did an awesome job Meg Far thank you for trusting me and the process!

Hooves are the foundation for any healthy/happy horse so don't hesitate to reach out for hoof care!
