Sometimes being a breeder takes everything you’ve got! Today we had a freak accident and lost little Tex. This is our first older puppy to loose. Loosing puppies is never easy, but this one was so heartbreaking! We are mourning his loss, grateful for the sunshine he brought while he was here and so very glad that he knew so much love while he was with us! Rest in peace little man, we loved you! ❤️

5 weeks old! What? Yes, these handsome guys are 5 weeks old, aren’t they just the cutest? Pretty soon they will be headed out to see the world, but for now I’ll take all the snuggles I can get!

Puppies got an upgrade from whelping box to puppy pen today! 🤩 they are getting big enough to use the potty tray, and to wander the house for a little bit each day.

On Mother’s Day our sweet Cherie gave us 5 handsome strong puppies, all males! 😳 We’ve decided since they are handsome, strong and brave that we would call them Cherie’s Cowboys! Without further ado, we’d like to introduce you to Cherie’s Cowboys, our Spring 2024 Portidoodle litter! 🤠

We’d like to introduce you to Toby! He’s been hanging around a little while, so many of you probably already know him. Toby is very special, as he was developing in the womb, things didn’t seal together quite right in his mouth and as a result he has a hole in his soft palate. We have kept Toby back to make sure that he is able to function in a normal family setting. He has amazed us at how well he functions! He eats and drinks regularly without any issues! One of our biggest concerns with Toby was the reoccurring sinus infections, that are common in dogs with palate issues. Tony has yet to have any sinus issues or infections! We are confident that Toby will do very well in his new home. We are looking for a very special family for Toby, he is such a sweet guy with a lot to offer! He is crate trained, sleeps through the night, knows sit, lay down, turn around and does well with grooming and bathing. Please contact if you’d like to know more about Toby!

These two sweet girls are retiring from our breeding program. Rey has given us 4 beautiful litters and Leia has given us 2. We are so grateful for them! They are excited to move onto the next part of their life, that of a spoiled, well loved, best friend, without the responsibility of caring for puppies. Rey has always been the matriarch of our family, making sure the others are behaving appropriately and keeping everyone in line. Leia is the snuggle-bug couch potato, she loves nothing more than a relaxing easy Sunday morning. We can’t wait to see what the next years hold for these sweethearts!

Love me some clean fluffy puppy snuggles! 🥰 These boys got a bath today, Zero heads home and Dr Finkelstein is hanging with us for a couple of weeks till his family is ready for him! I get all the snuggles I can while they are here!

These little cuties are getting ready to go home next week! 😳 The time just flies by, especially towards the end! These guys have been so much fun; rambunctious, sassy, chaotic and sweet! So grateful they’ve got such good homes to go to!
