Yesterday when we got home from work we noticed one of our cats was having trouble breathing. She was in and out of consciousness, gasping for air, and low body temperature. It was a very traumatic 45 mins to the ER vet. We thankfully made it but she was diagnosed with heart failure. She’s headed in the right direction and we can pick her up tomorrow.

Mouse also just had a full mouth tooth extraction. So she’s been through a lot this past week.

Depending how tomorrow goes we may or may not be rescheduling clients for the next few days.
We want to make sure she’s stable before we’re gone majority of the day ❤️

A friendly reminder that we will not be coming out if your appointment has not been confirmed. All of our current clients have been fantastic about communicating with us and we really appreciate it.

If you have come across an issue with anything, please don’t wait a year to bring it to my attention.

Unfortunately I have just been told about an issue from last year and they will not be recommending us to anyone. She’s very upset and has already posted it online- they didn’t confirm their appointment, we never went out even after multiple texts-

Running a business isn’t easy and this particular situation has really upset me. I truly appreciate everyone for trusting us with your pups. I tell Richard everyday I love our job and he agrees. Becca seems happy as well!

Hello all!

To ensure your dog remains happy, healthy, and comfortable, regular grooming is essential. Based on our experience and breed-specific requirements, we recommend grooming every 3 months or less.

Regular grooming helps prevent matting, skin issues, and other health concerns.

Please note, if the grooming interval exceeds 3 months, additional time and resources are often required to properly care for your dog. As a result, grooming sessions beyond this interval will incur a higher cost to cover these extra services.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a regular grooming schedule for your pet’s well-being.

One of our longest clients acquired a dachshund in September of last year. She had a few reasons as to why she thought Treasure would find the perfect home with us. We have joined the dachshund group and couldn’t be happier! She fits so well with our other 3 dogs.

We’ve been bathing this sweet boy for around 4 years now, every single month. Unfortunately it’s nearly time for him to cross the rainbow bridge. Boomers mom, Angélica Pérez Ackermann asked us if we wanted to say goodbye to her best friend. I was extremely touched as we’ve never been asked before!

We went on our day off, in normal clothes so he could see us outside of work, as normal people 😅. It was emotional leaving as I knew we wouldn’t see him again ❤️ I’m going to miss this sweet boy and seeing his mom every month.

He got a lot of treats and we set him up with a relaxing massage tomorrow with the help of Melissa of PAWSitive Animal Massage.

I really appreciate all of our clients for trusting us with your pets. We believe every single dog deserves the world as they are the ones who make it a better place.

This is probably one of the most relatable videos I have ever seen about dog grooming. I am full on crying.

We form such bonds with your pups and believe it or not it’s just as hard on us as it is you.

We wont get to see them every month- come in either terrified where you have to gain their trust with kisses and treats or the total opposite of them diving head first into the van tail wagging

Today a client and over the years- and now a friend has invited us over to say goodbye to her best friend. We’ve been grooming since I’ve opened the little dog salon. It honestly really touched me that she asked us! I’ve never been asked. It means the world she considered asking us!
