A few of the yearlings, it’s fun to watch them figure life out on their own. We had this bunch of c**ts and fillies at the house for a couple weeks getting them haltered and leading around some. Now they will have the rest of the summer and fall to enjoy the creek.

We are excited to announce a new addition to the program. HD Tigers Blue Smoke a 2022 Blue Roan stallion. Purchased from High Desert Quarter Horses they have great horses it’s a neat operation and have put a good start on this c**t. We are looking forward to the future of this young horse and believe he has a lot to offer. He is kind, good headed, clean necked and has a great set of withers for a 2 year old horse. He is built good and sound with a lot of cow for a big horse.

Gunnar is no longer with his ladies now he’s stuck checking on cows this morning. We are spoiled having a four year old this good minded. Having most of the winter off and all spring being a stud horse. It is nice to be able to just throw saddle on him and go to work.

This is a good made filly starting to gray also. Gunnar (PC Redwood Manny x Playgun) out of some good Two Eyed Jack and Colonel Freckles blood.

The mares didn’t trail out quite as good as it looks in the video. But they should be happy to be out of the snow and on hay fields for the winter.

We love Gunnar’s mind. He’s also easy to catch. It was nice to have him loose with the rest of the hobbled stock(3 were mares). Good Driftwood and Playgun blood getting some use.
