Times are hard for everyone right now. Please check with local food pantries and the Franklin County Dog Shelter to see if they have any available.

It's been a while since we have updated. We have not had very many requests lately, but we have been helping some people who are feeding the feral cat colonies and the homeless with their pets.

We have been given several large donations that have been so much appreciated and enabled us to be able to do this.

Thank you to the donors who donated cases of cat food. They wish to remain anonymous, but I want them to know how much it's helped.

Happy New Year!!!!

We started this Pet Pantry a year ago today and we were able to help 43 families this year, many homeless people's animals and some feral cats.

None of this could have been possible without you and your donations. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Yesterday we lost one of our team members here at the Pet Pantry. My dear, sweet friend and long time Rescue family member Susan Schaal Cantor passed away in the early morning hours.

To say my heart is broken is an understatement. Susan was such an inspiration to me. She never let life get her down. She made the best of every bad situation and overcame any obstacle in her way. She was the brightest light on any dark day. She supported me in any adventure I took and walked the Rescue journey right by my side.

She was the Director at I Have A Dream Rescue Organization and an avid advocate for the animals. She is going to be missed by so many. I have so many great memories with her that I will cherish and hold close to my heart. I am going to live everyday going forward Like Susan. I am going to make the best of it despite what is thrown my way.

Please take a second today and hug your loved ones, your pets and send prayers out to Susan's Rescue family, her Husband and her Family. I am going to miss my friend so much, but honor her and her love for animals everyday until I see her again.
