Did you know...
Our tag line is "For the love of the 'little iron horse'"? ❤ Almost every stock tie made and added to the site is named after specific Canadian horses and we are working to include a picture of each horse in the stock photos with each namesake stock tie. Royal Iron Equestrian has bred select, carefully planned Canadians, raised and trained many more, and now additionally works to raise awareness of our beloved, endangered breed through our "cooling lines" for riders and equestrians of all sorts. We are headed to vend at Rebecca Farm Horse Trials next week and we LOVE getting to show off the Canadian horse (we only use pictures of Canadians in our advertising and decor) and educate the public when they come to visit our booth. Shop our sale at royalironequestrian.com and get 20% off when you pre order and pick up in person at Rebecca Farm HT in Montana next week.
Also, as an aside, if you are lucky enough to own one of these rare horses, please share a picture or two and their registered name in the comments below so we can dedicate future stock tie creations to more amazing Canadians.
"For the love of the 'little iron horse' " ❤❤❤❤

Royal Iron Amaro Jenesis (Jinks, Jinksy, Jinksy-bean)
2022 Long-yearling, purebred Cheval Canadian stallion prospect ( OK to geld ) with outstanding lines. Will mature 16.2hh++
Purpose bred for sport; eventing / jumping / dressage, was meant to be a professional’s personal horse to event with and remain a stallion to preserve this very rare (almost extinct) breed.
He himself is homozygous black, but carries a cream gene so he can produce a greater variety of offspring color depending on the dam (of course black, bay, but also palomino, buckskin, etc).
AGAIN, it's OK for buyer to geld should they choose.
Jenesis (Jinks) is everything we hoped for when breeding his carefully selected sire/dam combination. He is quite tall for the breed, with exceptionally nice and correct conformation and movement, all of the positive Canadian traits you could wish for, ie; gorgeous hair, amazing feet, fantastic bone, will leave his food to come say hello every time, and loves every second of interaction he can get, an outstanding mind - curious, bold, brave, not afraid of anything, very easy going, will gladly leave his herd to go explore, learns extremely quickly and retains what he's taught, great work ethic, willing to try anything, always has a "smile" on his face, and love love loves his people - as well as fantastic athletic ability. Although he is extremely downhill right now (14.3 at wither and 15.1 at hip), he still naturally lifts the shoulder and steps well from behind to the point he appears to be uphill, even now, when using his body well and moving. He absolutely has an amateur friendly mind, SO unphased by anything and easy easy easy to train. Takes absolutely everything in stride and worries about nothing. You would NEVER know he is still intact. He doesn't even know he is still intact lol. He is extremely friendly, quiet and kind, always interested in what his handler is doing, not at all concerned with the other horses whatsoever. Up to date on everything. He has zero vices, ties great, will stand for hours, loads perfectly and hauls great (has done a long distance haul from mid Oregon coast to northwestern Montana, no issues), gets along well with all horses in the herd (he's annoying (wants to touch everyone lol) and then usually gets chased away by whoever he has annoyed most, so has always been the underdog), great for vet, farrier (every six weeks since a foal), blanketing, bathing, clipping, grooming, etc. If we had to find something negative to say, his biggest flaw would be that he has been leery of needles, it's not much of an issue anymore, he gets consistently better and less frightened each time and was actually a very good boy for his most recent series. He has been raised around crazy children with bikes, trampolines, swings, balloons, etc., chickens, dogs, a cow best friend, farm equipment, etc. He is great with all of it. Information about carrots at end of his video. Please message me on messenger or see contact info at end of his video with any questions.

Courage Celtic Highland
3yo Canadian Stallion
Pricing info at the end of video

Truly exquisite, DREAM HORSE, available only to the perfect situation. Pure black, extremely classic Canadian stallion. This boy is FANCY! He is by far the nicest moving Canadian I have ever encountered and is beautifully built according to the classic breed standards. He is currently 14.2/3 at 3 years old and will likely mature at 15hh possibly 15.1hh. Currently wears a 69” blanket. Highland is not only the nicest moving Canadian I have come across, but is also one of the very sweetest, most in your pocket horses I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His nickname is “Mr.Love” as he is SO sweet. He loves to be loved on and groomed, wants to be your friend and is very gentle and kind. Highland will stand quietly tied for hours, is excellent for farrier, vet, bathing and trailering. He LOVES to jump and will free jump anything he can find. Highland has been through the extreme mountain trail course that the Oregon horse center hosts and did everything from the bridge to walking behind the waterfall and through the creek and ponds. He travels very well. Very athletic and sporty with the best Canadian brain. Given this combination of traits, (super fancy, very classic, extremely sweet and gentle personality) Highland is a stallion that will hugely benefit the future of the Canadian breed and the ideal placement would be in a competitive and actively campaigning home that will see his potential used and also keep him as a stallion to continue to breed him. He was imported to the US from Canada at almost a year old and has quite a story to go along with that, being involved in a horrific trailer accident, walking away unscathed, and wowing everyone he met with his demeanor and trust and willingness to get right back onto another trailer. A testament to his sound mind and character. I have already turned away potential homes that were not the right fit for this spectacular dream horse and will be very thorough in choosing the correct placement for this very, very special boy. I would absolutely consider creative options as well to see him campaigning and breeding while possibly retaining ownership, or I would also consider partial trade for a quality purebred filly that will better fit my farm’s breeding/training/showing ability timeline. Highland is far too valuable to the breed to wait for my life to settle down to have the time to finish his training, professionally compete with him, and stand him to breed outside mares if someone else could give him the opportunity to do any of these sooner. PLEASE don’t hesitate to contact me with creative ideas or options that might work for everyone involved! I really just want to see him out successfully in the public eye, and creating more quality Canadian babies sooner than my own timeline currently allows.
