Aurora is loving the snow today! She’s even munching on a little snow snack between romps. Did you know horses actually enjoy snow? The cold doesn’t bother them as much as we think. So happy to see her so carefree and enjoying the winter wonderland.

Our dedicated staff and ownership team work tirelessly to ensure our horses spend as much time outside as possible. Yes, that sometimes means they get a little muddy, but to us, that’s a sign of happy, healthy horses living their best lives.
Caring for horses isn’t just a job—it’s our passion. Every detail, from their nutrition to their turnout time, is designed with their well-being in mind.

2024—-What a Year at Fox Pointe Equestrian Center!

As we close out another incredible year, we want to take a moment to thank YOU—our amazing clients, riders, families, and staff—for making 2024 so special.

This year was filled with unforgettable memories, from showing at WEC, Woodbine, LEHS, Brave Horse, The Kentucky National, and Rattlewood, to an exciting and rewarding season with Oakland and Wayne State University. Every moment spent with our barn family was one to cherish, and we are so grateful for the friendships and achievements we’ve shared along the way.

We also want to give a heartfelt thank-you to our amazing instructors—Tammy, Karen, Alicia, Stephanie, and Glade—for your dedication to our team. Your passion and expertise have helped bring along both our show clients and lesson riders, creating an environment of growth, learning, and success. We are so grateful for the energy and care you bring every day!

A huge thank you to our incredible staff for your unwavering care and attention to detail every single day. Your dedication ensures the highest level of care for our horses and makes all of this possible.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited for even more growth, success, and, most importantly, time spent together doing what we love. Here’s to another year of excellence and unforgettable moments at Fox Pointe Equestrian Center!

Team Fox Pointe just wrapped up an unforgettable week at the World Equestrian Center Winter Classic! From fantastic ribbons to a special lead line debut from our youngest team member, it was a weekend full of memories and milestones. Cocoa’s Glow-Up Alert!

From a scrappy little pony to a total showstopper—Cocoa has officially leveled up! Thanks to the incredible **Fox Pointe Diet and Training Program**, she’s grown, matured, and filled out into the queen she was always meant to be. Hard work, great nutrition, and plenty of love truly make all the difference. Watch out world, Cocoa’s here to shine!

At Fox Pointe Equestrian Center, we take pride in providing a customized nutrition program tailored to meet the individual needs of each horse.

We evaluate every horse based on their workload and any specific dietary restrictions they may have. From there, we create a program that’s as unique as they are! Our forage-based diet includes soaked beet pulp and alfalfa pellets at every meal, ensuring they get the nutrients they need to perform their best.

We also offer a full line of Tribute feeds, from low sugar and starch options to ration balancers and two types of senior formulas. Whether your horse needs specialized care or just a balanced diet, we have something for everyone!

Medications are administered as needed, and our staff is fully trained in providing special diets and care.

🌧️☔️ There’s something cozy about a rainy Sunday, even for the horses! Today they’re snuggled up, catching a few zzz’s in their stalls, listening to the raindrops patter outside, waiting patiently for their turn in dry turnout. 🐴❤️

It’s always heartwarming to see them lying down and resting, knowing they feel safe and relaxed. Here’s to lazy days, soft bedding, and the gentle lull of a rainy day.
