High Peaks Rattery was set up in September of 2020, I have been breeding rats for 4-5 years and have We no longer do waitlists.

Policies and information

----Deposits and Purchase Policies-----:
I operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Deposits are required to hold rats, and are not refundable. Please know this before making a purchase. Deposits can be made via Venmo or PayPal to [email protected]
Refunds are up to my personal decision/opinion.

----Delivery Policies (amended 12/9/2022)-----:

livery charge (non-refundable once delivery has been attempted) meeting at Colorado Mills, in front of Best Buy next to the Eagle Statue at the Entrance of the Parking Area. Full address is 1400 Colorado Mills Parkway, Golden, CO, 80401.

----Home delivery----! I am so happy to announce as of today I will be adding delivery to your home!

-The minimum fee to your door is 40$ plus mileage/time/traffic and ease of access. This is a one person run business, and I stand by my ability to set my own prices.
-Please provide good directions, where to park, your FULL address, description or photos of the front of your home- it helps me find them faster.
