I just caught her pulling a sibling off mom by their foot causing a complete and utter squeak war amongst everyone 😂

Just a friendly reminder that this is a personal business page, I don’t allow any form of drama. If you have an issue with me or my rats please message me to get it resolved.

And on a personal note, I feel like people forget that while this page is quiet, and small, I am a normal person too. I have been crazy busy this summer with my two jobs, getting ready for mushing season, my 8yo daughter, and possible new puppies joining us soon. This is not the place for “keyboard warriors”. There are other places to cause havoc, take it elsewhere.

Who’s ready to see these 4 brothers be posted!

All four are standard coat dumbo-

Breeding was SM pearl female to Roan velveteen male AND black SM male (dual sire).

They are almost 6wks and can go home at any time, they are fully weaned from mom, are confident and ready to find their new parents 🙂
Mom is Sofie, one dad is Tux, other dad is grandpa (named because of his laid back and lazy demeanor not his age lol)

1. He looks like he has a little tuxedo on, and two, because he’s just a gentleman and lets ALL the ladies push him around.
This big softie is the dad of my current litter which has velveteen, silvermane, and possibly mixes of both available.
More boys than girls so get ready! They will have pics taken soon!

These are out of my FAVORITE girl and they are already so needy, climbing out of the Photo Booth for shoulder perches.
If you’ve wanted a smart, loving, NEEDY rat- now is your opportunity!
*Nearly all my rats have stellar, calm and human-loving temperaments, but these are going to be exceptionally people oriented based on their parents and will be really great for first time rat owners.
I have had several heart rats in my life, and through the process of breeding, but the mother of this litter is just a snuggle bug, calm and oh so trusting. 🥹

Panda (mismarked hooded) X my Shiloh (B SM) and Remy (B Harley) for a multi sire litter!
All Harley’s will be held back so don’t get your hopes up.

Panda has an incredible personality, sweet, gentle, polite, and extra snuggly (aren’t all our rats!?). She’s one of my personal favorite adults and she’s more on the submissive side, preferring to be last to get treats so as not to cause any conflict. She makes the most extravagant nests, weaving straw and paper together to create several different entrances and exits.

The fanciest thing to come to HPR since, well, rats!

Was accused the other day of only being in it for the money, *which happens when you ask for money without handing over the “product” immediately.
But I mean, would I be wax sealing invoice/care instruction/pedigree envelopes if I was just in it for the money? No.

I truly believe the experience you get and the small touches makes the difference.

Things like:
-Free (and cute) take home containers so no need to bring a cage!
-Food for a week so you can transition slowly do a different diet if you choose.
-secret ingredient added to my blend for super shiny healthy rats with zero skin issues!
-wax sealing.
-1949 typewriter written invoices.
- No waiting list or application.
-Home delivery (does cost $ but it’s available)
- Delivery out of state!
- vet bill partial or full reimbursement (within reason) within 15 days of adoption if it’s an issue that could of come from the Rattery as long as proof is provided from the vet visit.
*I will keep this policy as long as it’s respected and not taken advantage of, which so far it has been well received*

Just some of the few things that make this a more pleasant experience that are unique to this Rattery. It’s not just about the rats, the relationship you form with your breeder should be more like a good friend. ❤️

*I think I’m going to order more black and gold sparkles and make it a theme! 😍

I have one extra squishable snuggly man who’s due for retirement and the ripe young age of 5 months old! He’s only being retired because he is top ear- and I am breeding for more dumbos.
He has a fantastic temperament, would be PERFECT for a young person wanting their first rat.
He is a little skittish in his cage, but the second you pick him up he’s just pure butter in your hands, content to be rolled on his back, cheeks rubbed, takes treats VERY politely (which is harder in a colony setting with other roommates who want them too!)
Pictures to come soon! He’s a solid black with one little dot of white on his tummy.
