“Do anything fun today Prissy?”
“Oh ya know, just went for a swim at the groomer’s this morning.”
🤣❤️
When he used to growl nonstop and try to bite you anytime you touched him and now he rests his head in your hand while you trim his ears… 🥰🥰🥰
Winnie and Wagner take being cute very seriously! 🙌❤️
Although it was sad for both me and Toby’s mama to see his signature long face and beard go, it was what was best for our sweet boy to keep his face as clean and comfortable as possible from the tumor growing in his mouth. He has always been the best boy for grooming and continues to be even despite being on hospice care. I love you to the moon and back Toby! ❤️❤️❤️
Post groom chair zoomies featuring Jamie! 😂🥰🙌
This was the first time Sabot has ever shown me this much affection and excitement! The joy it brings me to see these dogs open up (even if it takes a few years 🤣) can’t even be put into words! ❤️❤️❤️
Stinson’s cords desperately needed some soak time! 😳
Moments like these make me want to devote even more time to enriching dogs grooming experience as much as I possibly can. These sweet babies do not act like this just to be jerks. There can be so many reasons like fear, pain, overstimulation, past trauma, neurological issues, or being overly tired just to name a few. Woody was muzzled for this small portion of his time with me so I was not putting myself in danger by connecting with him and talking to him quietly. It’s amazing what a little patience and love can accomplish.
Cici was nervous for her first groom. Cici wanted to lay down. How could I say no to Cici? 🥹
Diesel says that butt scratches should be a mandatory ending to every grooming session from this point forward! 🙌
Monroe is perfect and she knows it! 💖
Hairy morning with Walter to start my day! 🌷☀️❤️
The true sign that Spring has sprung isn’t flowers or budding trees, it’s a shedding dog! 😂
Max does not like his nails done, no he does not. Since I had a little bit of extra time I decided to work on desensitizing him to having his feet touched/seeing the nail trimmers. He is such a fast learner and I’m confident he’ll be a pro in no time! Here are just a few highlights from our training session. You can see in the beginning he wouldn’t even take treats at certain points due to being too stressed but as we practiced his confidence grew and grew! 🥰🙌🥇
Winnie is beautiful and she knows it! 💕
Post grooming game of fetch with a real life 🧸!
