Shampoo ginger (Awapuhi) is producing cones! These cones will turn vibrant red when ready to harvest, and when squeezed the liquid can be bottled and used as shampoo! It smells wonderful, and is moisturizing. When they’re ready I’ll do a video on harvesting.

Two years later and we have passion vine flowers!!!!

One of my cassava (yucca) plants fell over during the last hurricane, so I’ve cut the stem into pieces about 8” long and have laid them in the dirt. Less than a week and they’re rooted. This plant is an exceptionally easy food source to add to your backyard food forest!
