We ship from Monday through Thursday, except on holidays. Picking up the animal(s) in person is always welcomed. We're located in Michigan, near the Indiana and Ohio borders. Payment: We accept cash, Cash App, Paypal and Venmo. Payment plans: We will hold any animal(s), under $200 value, for 24 hours, at no cost. To hold an animal of $200 or more, Royal'T's requires a 20% non-refundable deposit an
d an agreed upon due date for the full payment. After the minimum deposit is received, the animal(s) will be taken off the market and held for the customer. If for whatever reason, the customer cannot complete the payment plan, as agreed upon, all monies in excess of the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded. The non-refundable deposit is not transferable and it is meant to absorb the costs associated with holding, maintaining and removing the animal(s) from the market. FAILURE TO PAY by the agreed upon date will result in cancellation of the payment plan and loss of non-refundable deposit. Live arrival guaranteed: All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you live, in good condition and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal, for the cost of the return freight, if notified within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot offer any cash refunds, exchange only. NOTE: The Live Arrival Guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information, so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
