At MiskoDogo Kennels our Dogos are well proportioned, sturdy and bred in accordance with the Original Breed Standard, issued by the developer of the breed, Dr. Antonio Nores Martinez in 1947. We have promised to uphold his vision of the breed. Our puppies are always appraised prior to release and we have chosen to cite the recommendation of Dr. Antonio Nores Martinez to prospective judges as follo

ws: Judges should first consider the general appearance and overall balance of El Dogo Argentino, outmost consideration given to type. Special attention should be afforded the head; then, to individual body components for anatomical correctness, followed by a thorough evaluation of gait efficiency. Freyja has ears clipped. Both are fixed. Great with kids. Gentle giants with people they know. Need a place to run around and the current owners are unable to give them that. No small dogs.
They walk on leashes but if they see other animals will pull. Especially freyja.
