Available. We have been doing some basic training with this sweet girl and she is doing amazing. She’s very food oriented and will do tricks for treats. 😃 She is potty trained. We have worked on off, sit, lie down, come and we are working on leash training. She has all of her puppy shots and has been dewormed regularly. She just had her nails trimmed and ears cleaned. She can sleep in a crate at night and I also let her sleep with me one night to see how she’d do and she was perfect. She slept straight through the night without a peep. She is very sweet and laid back. She spends much of her day carrying her toys around, follows me everywhere, and naps in between. She is available and ready for her forever family today. “Shep is such a sweet pup. He slept almost the whole five hour drive home. We had a great night last night. He was so comfortable that this is how relaxed he was!!! He walked into the house acting like he owned it…. So sweet and we adore him.” Shep went home with his wonderful forever family yesterday. We are so happy the transition has gone so smoothly for him. This girl is so funny and entertaining. She loves attention and to play with toys. She is likely to be great in the water, ideally looking for a family who frequents the pool, dog beaches and she’d do great boating as well. She is active enough to keep up with an active family and also loves to cuddle and relax after playtime. Meet Beacon, Team USA’s Therapy Dog. Mental health is a major focus for Team USA’s Gymnastics team. Case in point, meet the four-year-old golden retriever Beacon, who is working hard at the Paris 2024 Olympics as a therapy dog.

Fully accredited, Beacon has traveled all the way to France with Team USA to help the gymnastics team (made up of stars like Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles, Suni Lee, and Jade Carey) to keep the athletes calm company during training sessions and competitions alike. His owner, Tracey Callahan Molnar, told USA Today that Beacon “senses people’s stress and knows how to soothe them.” A very apt intuition when it comes to channeling the anxiety of athletes just before they take to the mat. In recent years, it has been realized that performance no longer relies solely on a trained physique, but also on a prepared mind. To this end, pet therapy offers a plethora of benefits to soothe the minds of competing athletes. She also enjoys cuddling in front of the tv. This sweet girl turns 14 weeks old tomorrow. She is crate trained and potty trained so long as you keep her on schedule.
