At this time we would like to wish everyone a very Happy September with hopes that you are all enjoying the beautiful weather we are having.

As always we would like to thank everyone that has supported us thru this incredibly difficult time and appreciate all of you very much.

Most ALL of you know that we kept the hospital open longer than ever planned and announced SEVERAL times that we would be there for you to pick up your pets records. We had stacks ready for pick up as per your calls and messages and maybe half of you came to pick them up. We have held Saturday meetings many times over the last year for pickups. We have also arranged pickups for others of you that have contacted us.

Again we would like to thank all of you that have responded and again announce the LAST opportunity will be posted as all of the dates have been announced for your convince for October. PLEASE WATCH FOR THE OCTOBER MEET UP DATE!! The date will be posted within the next couple of weeks giving you time to mark your calendar as well as contacting us leaving your full name, phone number and pets name so that we can have your records READY for you to pick up at this time.

Feel free to contact us here on the Potomac Ridge site and avoid leaving phone messages with the information to have your pets records pulled and ready for pickup at the OCTOBER meet up. Please spread the word to all of your friends and neighbors as this will be the LAST DATE for pickup.

I know it has been a couple of weeks since our scheduled meeting to give out your fur babies records and for those of you that kindly took the time to actually show up to pick yours up we appreciate you very much.

At this time we are announcing our LAST meetup for you to pick up your fur babies records. We will give you the date a little closer to the time but it will be mid to late October. We are also no longer taking calls or messages for special meetings. Please understand that we will be happy to meet you in October on the scheduled day and time set but we have had such poor turnout even after we have been contacted and scheduled the meeting that we just cannot do that any longer.

We would like to Thank everyone that has supported us in this difficult time and know that we appreciate you all so much.

Please enjoy the rest of your summer...but watch the heat that is supposedly returning as early as tomorrow and stay safe.

WATCH FOR THE OCTOBER MEET UP DATE...we will post it in plenty of time for you to add it to your calendar. Do feel free to send your full names and your pets names and your numbers in even beginning as early as tonight for the OCTOBER meeting.

ATTN: When you contact us about getting your records we must have any names your records might be under and your pets name a phone number to contact you and or an address.

Hey EVERYONE!!! With a little luck and a tiny bit less heat we are going to be at the BIG DOG OUTFITTERS parking lot again on July 20th from 8:30am to 9:30am for those of you that still want your fur babies records.
We are getting calls BUT we get the records pulled and then only about 1/3rd of you show up to get them. PLEASE PLEASE if you call for your records at least come and pick them up. It is not easy like at the clinic to pull these records we have to move things and scratch to get to the boxes for YOU so please work with us and come see us on Saturday July 20th. Also again we ask that you leave your name and phone number and pets name on this page for easy access.

Debbie & Sheila would like to thank all of you that have come to pick up your fur babies records this month. We are doing everything we can to make this possible for you to get them. Due to having such a small turnout and taking more than half of the records back we will only be offering 2 more opportunities for you to get your records. We will be planning to do one the end of March or first of April and then again later in the summer or early fall. You will need to watch the site for upcoming dates and times. Please make sure you are going to pick your records up if you are going to leave your request.

We would like to thank you all again for picking yours records up and have a super MARCH!!!!

We would like to thank all of you that came out this morning and picked up your pets records! However there were about 7 of you that we were expecting that did not come. We will continue to hold those out in hopes that you will message us for February 24th at the same location at Rt 301 and 205 Big Dog Outfitters. ( They are kind enough to let us use their parking lot) We would like to say thank you to them for assisting us with this distribution.

PLEASE DO NOT call Big Dog as they have nothing to do with this other than using their parking lot.

We would like you to know that weather permitting we will be available for you to pick up your fur baby's records twice this month. You MUST leave a message here on facebook (not as a response to this message) but actually a message providing us with your full name, phone number and your pets name. You also have the option to TEXT your name. phone number and your pets name to 540-760-6591. (This is a text only no phone calls please).
The first date will be February 10th where we will meet in the Big Dog Guns parking lot between 9am and 10am

The 2nd date and location will be posted on of before 02/12/2024, NO CALLS ARE TO BE MADE TO BIG DOG they are only allowing us to meet in there parking lot to help those of you that were unable to make our last day at Potomac Ridge.

HI EVERYONE and Happy February 2024!! Again we would like to apologize for not posting contact information yet. We all had a hard December and January. With all of the hustle and bustle of Dr. Dunlap's retirement and closing and bouts with Covid its been a rough start to 2024.

We hope you will understand this has been a complete drain on us and we are just trying to get things in order and get used to the change.

GOOD MORNING AND HAPPY SATURDAY!
There have been several people asking about their records and what will happen if you cannot pick them up. We will be holding the records for the designated 3 years that is required. There will be a number posted within the next 2 weeks that you will be able to call and request a copy...however it will be much easier on everyone if you can make it by today for pickup by 1pm.
