Update on Louise! I would say she is living her best life with her new family in Minnesota!
Placing retired dogs or dogs that arent puppies is hard but seeing pictures like this make my heart so happy!

Over the weekend I listened to podcast about morning routines.
I highly recommend! So I started today...one of the changes is no cafeine for 90 minutes after waking 🤯
