Fowl Attitude Farms Providing live hatching eggs and bird sales for the Malay breed of game fowl One rooster and three hens. In 2020 I hatched my second generation of this lineage.

Per the Livestock Conservancy, Malay game fowl are 1 of 11 breeds listed as Critical status of endangered Heritage breeds. In 2018 I was fortunate to obtain 7 Malay hatching eggs which of 4 hatched and survived. My goal is to get this breed out to people who will raise and re-populate this stunning breed of game fowl. With sales I try to just cover cost of maintaining my flocks and breeding/equipm

ent costs. With some thought of my first year selling this is the prices I calculated that seem a bit under market but still fair in achieve my goal.

$10 per egg
$30 for chicks fuzzed (not feathered, still kept indoors)
$50 Feathered (6-8 weeks)
$75 presexed by saddle feathers (2-4 months)
$100 with Saddle feathers (4-5 months)
$150 once crowing (5-12 months)
$negotiable- once egg producing/over 1 year

Prices + actual shipping, no mark up. Eggs are collected Monday thru Sunday and packaged sunday evening. Shiped monday morning via USPS. Custom incubations available on as per basis. Mixed or specific flock egg pick.

Has to be a bit of optical illusion. But there are two white stags from the Brutus line that are bigger than the rest. The white pullet next to this one is from my friend Wes's Kermit flock.

Lil-G been the escape artist lately.
Gets on top of the flat-top, jumps the tires and up on the atrium roof over Texas Tim. Then down into Reds area. Don't think he likes the look of the new loft top with the 45 degree slant. But put an end to his escapades before Red really messes him up for being in his area. Plus I'll add a loft shelf. The hens like on Texas Tim's coop. The hens like it as a nesting box.

Five weeks after the May hatch (June 27), clean the brooder coop to move the chicks outside. Scrape/hose carpet and vinyl. Reinforce shelves and other repairs. Fresh construction sand. Chicks not too sure at first. But soon having fun exploring all the levels.

Took the white Jim Zook hen to my friend Wes's farm. We will pen her with Brutus for a week.Brutus was an April 2022 hatch. He grew faster than all his siblings. Gave him to Wes since he has more land. This stag has become a monster. Will take my scale when I pick the hen up and see what he weighs in at now he if fully mature.

It has been a particularly hard start of the year. We finally had 5 days with out rain. With the sun coming out more each day the hens are starting to lay. On Sunday I got an egg from each flock and four from Red's flock. Did a fertility check on three today, one with a full bullseye and the other two with a solid dots.
We plan on collecting eggs starting this week for filling orders.
