Hey guys! I have a friend of a friend looking to home three pups she took in as rescues. They are about 9-10 months old Great Pyrenees mix with pittie. She is having some health issues and no longer can take care of them. Obviously the pound isn’t an option and all the rescues are full.

Grooming pups is not an easy task. Over the years, it’s incredibly hard on your body. Almost every groomer has had a surgery on a body part due to the effects of grooming. As groomers we get bit, peed on, clean p**p, pick out hair splinters from parts of body you didn’t think hair could get to. Our backs hurt and our feet hurt. EVERY DAY!! But with all of that, the absolute hardest part of this job is finding out that one of our pups has passed over rainbow bridge. We’ve loss so many babies lately. I truly love all my pups that come in here. I get very attached when I see my pups every 4 weeks for their entire life!! Please know that when you lose your pup, that we grieve just as you do!! Absolutely worst part of my job. Rest In Peace my babies! ❤️❤️❤️

Wanted to give a shout out to two of my favorite men in my life, my hubby and dad, for getting up at 5:30am Saturday and Sunday to put a new coat of reflective roof paint on the kennel building! With these high temps, it’s a cool 68° to 70° for our boarding puppies inside. Also got new shade covers for all the outside runs!! Pups are already enjoying it.
REMEMBER, keep our pups hydrated if they are going outside and check the concrete/asphalt temps before letting your pup walk into it!!

EDIT: They have been found! Some wonderful people found them and brought them back to the salon. Their owners are ecstatic! Many tears of joy were shed. Thank for all the shares!HELP NEEDED! The nail salon in the strip center of 121st and Elm’s pups got loose and help is needed to find them. It is too dark and they are too small to be loose with active coyotes. Please contact me if you see them. I know this is a busy time, but if you can spare a moment we have to find these pups. Their owner is absolutely devastated.

As I completely support our officers, I wanted to share my thoughts and prayers to the family of Sgt. Craig Johnson. Thank you for your service and may he Rest In Peace.
I have had the pleasure of knowing many officers past and present, including my nephew, Cody Stanton, who was shot just a few months ago here in Broken Arrow. He’s now recovered, but it could have easily turned out another way. These men and women put their life on the line every single time they wear that uniform. They deserve every bit of our respect.
