We all do it from time to time 💕 All of our clients are good boys and girls. They might not like every step of the grooming process and that’s ok! We use these to keep them safe and to re-focus their attention. After we’re done we take it off, but in the meantime they just look so cute! We always make sure we are adequately staffed to support each other when needed. Giving anxious pets extra support and love makes all the difference. Your pet will NEVER be in distress during their time with us. If they are having a difficult time we will call you to reschedule or recommend medication or something for their nerves. While this never typically happens, we prioritize transparency. If you have anxious, elderly, or disabled pets they are always welcome here. Our Deshedding Treatment 🎀 Is a spa add-on, and the cost depends on the size and condition of the dog. This treatment uses specially formulated shampoo, conditioner, and brushing that removes the loose undercoat. This is a great option for both long and short haired pets. This is such a great service to book at anytime, but especially when the spring time comes around and your pet may be shedding more. If your pet has had a home DIY groom or was groomed incorrectly elsewhere, please do not hesitate to bring them in and have us fix it! This happens from time to time.
