Maggie is a brown tabby who is 5 years old. She is a beautiful and sweet girl! Maggie has a calm and gentle personality, but still has interest in toys when she is in a playful mood! She also loves getting pets & attention and being brushed. Maggie appears to get along with other cats in the adoption room too.

Tuesday, November 5, the shelter will be closed in observation of election day. You can visit anyone of our adoptable pets tomorrow, Monday, November 4, or Wednesday, November 6, between the hours of 1pm and 4 PM. We temporarily relocated at the Barnegat facility due to renovations in the Manahawkin facility. The address for the Barnegat facility is 20 Collinstown Rd., Barnegat New Jersey.

So she should be adopted to a home with no other pets and would do better without young children. She is sweet and friendly but on her terms, so she needs a home with a patient owner. PHILLY CAN BE ADOPTED FROM HIS FOSTER HOME IN LITTLE EGG HARBOR.

If you are looking for a sweet, calm, gentle boy who will be an excellent companion, you need to meet this beautiful Orange boy named Philly. He is currently in one of our foster homes until someone chooses him to be part of their family. It took him less than a week to adjust to his foster home and his foster Mom before he was sitting beside her purring and making muffins. He has even made friends with the resident cats in his foster home so he would not mind sharing a new home with another calm cat. Unlike kittens who mainly want to play and then nap, adopting an adult cat, who already knows all of his kitty manners, is much less chaotic. Don't get me wrong, he has his moments when he loves to play. Just give him a laser light to chase and he will entertain you like a kitten. Fall is upon us and nights are getting chilly. Wouldn't you like to have a nice warm companion next to you in front of the fireplace watching Netflix with you? Is anyone looking for a friendly, eager to please, adventure buddy? Look no further! Kelly would love to be your new best friend.

Kelly is a 4 year old female mix breed which can to us in August. She LOVES to play. She likes other dogs but not all dogs love Kelly activity level. She is so friendly with people. She has never lived with children but has spent time around older kids and was respectful of them. Kelly is house broken, leash trained and knows some commands. She is eager to please, learn quickly and is ready to be your new best friend for life.

Sky is a super affectionate girl. She is 2 years old about and wants to be the only pet in the home (no dogs/cats). She is now healthy, happy girl here but she wants to leave TODAY! She enjoys taking her daily walks. She could use some additional help with her basic commands, she does know sit. This lil lady wants a home and a family, kiddos 13+ due to her energy level.

When you hear two old man you might think cranky, and more than a little stubborn. Bruno and Sq**rt might be on the older side but these two are anything but cranky!!
Bruno is 10 years old very well mannered and trained senior. He is an excellent leash walker. A excellent play companion with children and an extremely housebroken pup. Bruno prefers to be only pet in the home.
Sq**rt is 11 years old pup Who still has an awful lot to offer. He’s very dog friendly, although his energy level may be a little bit much for some dogs. He loves to play with rope toys and is an excellent tug player. Sq**rt knows many commands and is housebroken. Both boys are not big barker, they are generally very quiet.
