Confirmed our first pregnancies this weekend!!!!

Well today is day 265! We milked 265 days every day for our wonderful milk customers! But now we rest, enjoy family time and let these beautiful dairy goats grow adorable big strong kids for us in the spring.

Today we collected our last jar of milk for customers. The stantions are empty, the door is closed and the inflations are hung high for the winter. See all of my milk customers on April! ❤️

All this time doing goats I have never had the desire to make the plunge and do AI… but now I have these Guernseys and feel that collection technology has improved. I hear of so many having AI success now (I mean I bought an AI buck this year!) I felt it was time! So very excited for this chapter!!!

Happy fall to everyone! I am working on finalizing our latest newsletter which will announce our youth contest winners from earlier this year. Way behind on everything after an extremely busy summer with our children and all of their activities. In the meantime, we are looking to add a customer service support employee to our team. Good computer skills, customer service experience preferred, milking experience a must (unless you live close enough for training), huge bonus if you have used our milking system.
