Northern Creek Standard Poodles AKC Titled, UKC Titled, OFA tested, Poodles for Service, Alert, Therapy and family companion. My Husband and I live on a small horse farm in Northern Michigan.

We grew up close to where we live now. We married right out of High school and have been married for 30 years. We have raised three boys, which are all grown and starting their own adventures. All our dogs have awesome temperaments, calm and eager to please. They also come from health tested parents and layered with champion lines. These are our companions, they are part of our family, spoiled lik

e our children. They live inside our home and are well taken care of at all times. We work very hard at maintaining their coats. Just so that they are always clean and ready for work in the community. We have earned CGC, CGCA, CGCC, CGCU titles and recently added Trick Dog Novice (TDN) to our titles (canine good citizen AND advanced, Community, Urban). They are active certified TDI therapy dogs and have recently acquired certification for working as a Therapy dog team. We are very proud of our girls and their hard work. It takes smarts, balance, well mannered, kind, and gentle dogs to complete and pass the courses required to hold these titles. My dogs love to service our community when their harness goes on they are excited to do their job. We hope that you will choose us as your breeder. Happy Birthday to Our own baby boy Faygo. He had a big 1st year. Faygo earned his AKC Championship at 8 months old defeating multiple dogs all older then he was. He handle the busy of a AKC show and living in a strange place being shuttled from state to state. He still remains as sweet as ever. He is well on his way to earning some of his CGC obdience. Faygo weighs in at 46 . We are on a break waiting for Faygo to have enough hair to compete against dogs that are much older then him. Look for news on this special guy next adventure in showing this summer.

Our Dobson fly aka Ace had a rough 1st year surviving leptospirosis. His Dad said, " He's been very good since he's caught lepto. His favorite toys are the oversized tennis ball and a fake bird on the end of a fishing pole that he can chase around. He loves to snuggle and follows me everywhere I go. I attached a couple photos I took of him today and I'll send some better ones tomorrow. We feed him the food you recommended topped with salmon, liver and quail egg he weighs about 49 pounds. Thank you Anthony for taking such good care of him.❤️

I brush her and there is no push back.
Same with nail and tooth brush.
Never seen a dog who likes all of that."

Thank you, Farley this is always a struggle to make sure they get enough table grooming time to learn good behaviors before leaving me. I'm glad she enjoys her spa days. ❤️

Happy 1st Birthday Our Walker aka Vernon. He flew to Alabama to be a service dog for his new owner. When we do testing on a litter to sort out the one you may find that has potential. It's a thrill to know that he has exceeded training expectations for his age. His momma said, "Here is just a few pictures of the most recent things he has been up to. He has really turned out to be a great boy. His trainer always says he has come even farther than expected for his age. He is slowly taking over duties from his brother and will work up to the harder duties, that involve staying calmer for longer periods of time! His biggest task is to be able to “get help” ! He has also decided that part of his job at home is to open packages! In his off time he enjoys playing with cat toys!" Thank you so much for the updates. I'm very proud of you as a team❤️

Happy 1st Birthday Monty
We called him Manti. He lives with his family including two cats. He is quit the family guy. His mom said, "We are so excited for our Monty Boy's 1st birthday! He is sweet, smart, goofy, and cuddly everyday! He makes friends easily at daycare, is loved on daily by the best dog walkers, and is never short on energy! Monty is a tall boy (26 in shoulder height), weighing in at 55-60 #. We couldn't have asked for a better puppy. ❤️"

Happy 1st Birthday Izzy.. Her mom said, "She was just 38 pounds! She might be tiny in comparison to her a big brother but she’s got a big attitude. She loves her family, loves running around with her bestie Polly who lives next door. She often goes to their back door and waits to see if Polly can play. She loves her brother Moosey so much and gives him kisses and snuggles all day."

MY POODLES
I don't have young children. So my dogs have less exposure to children. Some of mine are good with anyone, some not so much.
Exposure is key!
My opinion is a poodle can be a terrific family dog. They are super loyal, fun and just want to be with their human.
Don't just hear me....
Some of my families out there. Please answer this question. I've had a few newer people to poodles ask. Who better to tell them then my families.

Faygo was Winners Dog and Best of winners again today. 🩵

Have a safe night

Faygo is in Chicago this weekend. Saturday He was reserve winners dog both shows. He was best puppy in variety show 1 Hoping today he gets something toward his championship. Thank you to team Litliann for working with him. Also Sarah for this video of my happy boy.

PupDate****Our puppy with leptospirosis disease. He has made a full recovery. He was on a long regiment of drugs for weeks. A counter full. He had multiple blood draws. So far his liver an kidneys are good. They had to shave him because of the constant sanitizing they had to do with him during his ordeal. Plus the drugs gave him uncontrollable diareha. This puppy is a survivor, not many can say that. Smart as his momma Ella doing very well in his obdience training and very loved by some thankful parents. Thank you, Anthony for the constant updates on him during this difficult time.

Hard to believe I live with all them. Really hard when its time to groom them all again. The littles are now integrated into the pack to learn manners. Their momma Ella gets after them for the jumping. Today they learned fetch means bring it back. Lol

A little 4th play with mom. LadyBug really likes playing with her mom. She full of fun. This gal is still waiting for someone to notice her. New photos this week if it ever stops raining long enough to wash them an do it. Hard to believe almost 5 months old. The hard work of potty training is done. Northerncreekstandardpoodles.com

Our sweet Walker aka Vernon is learning. I just love to see these enrichment activities. This teaches him to use his nose. It teaches persistence gets the job done. Thank you Ashely for sending us an update.

Enjoying the great weather today.

Took some puppies for a little walk in the park. Lady Bug is with the gal in the pink. She's hoping for someone to discover her. We just want forward motion. They have never been here an never walked by someone different. They greeted people passing by I'm super happy with how well they behave for the kids.

It will be another wonderful warm day. I captured a few videos yesterday of our Ella an the remaining puppies playing..This is Lucky Lady and our boy Dobson...
