A sheepadoodle is a cross between an Old English Sheepdog and a Standard or miniature poodle.

Sheepadoodles are considered a hypoallergenic breed with no shedding. This breed is not just beautiful but incredibly intelligent and amazing with children. The Old English Sheepdog has been called the “Nanny” of all the dog breeds because of how good they are with children. Their laid back demeanor makes them wonderful family dogs. They are bred to be in with the sheep so they have to be gentle t

o not hurt them. However, sheepdogs instinctively protect their sheep and will sometimes take a while to warm up to outsiders or anything they feel is a danger to their herd. The Standard poodle is ranked #2 for intelligence out of all the dog breeds. By crossing the two breeds you know have a smarter sheepdog. How to groom your sheepadoodle:

A sheepadoodle coat is incredibly soft and does need to be brushed at least once weekly and washed once every two weeks. Keeping their coat short in a “puppy cut” is a great choice for really easy care.
