MICHIGAN- We are a small group of animal loving volunteers. Misfit Angels does not have a facility/shelter. We are foster based rescue only. We are honest and forth coming about all of our dogs we place for adoption. We, for the life of the pet will be at your assistance if any problems should arise in the future. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, current on all vaccines, microchipped, heartwor

m tested (treated if positive) and treated for any injury prior to adoption. We provide as much information as we know prior to their new beginning with Misfits, along with our own experiences while with Misfits. Our adoptable dogs have basic training, house training and unless otherwise noted crate training. Dogs entering our organization are allowed time to decompress so we are able to

Hello friends! I make handmade hats, cowls, infinity scarves, regular scarves, ear warmers, and matching doggy cowls too! I can make them in various sizes/colors for kids or whoever. They make great gifts and are all super warm! If anyone is interested in making a purchase, here are some photos and a link to my Instagram for them. 🌟 Meet Pez — the comeback kid! 🌟
Pez didn’t have the easiest start. He began life with a family who later kicked him out to fend for himself on the streets of Detroit. When we found him, he had a broken leg and was terrified, unsure of how to trust or even be a dog.

But after 10 weeks of rest, leash walks, and gentle care, Pez is finally ready to shine — and he’s truly transformed. ✨

🐾 About Pez:

🍭18 months old, ~38 lbs
🍭Goofy, medium-energy, eager to learn
🍭House trained
🍭Crate trained (though it’s not his favorite place)
🍭Dog friendly
🍭Cat curious
🍭Has met kids 5+
🍭Loves car rides and walks

🌟 Meet Gates — our distinguished senior gentleman with plenty of heart and just the right amount of s***k! 🌟

💞Gates is approximately 11 years old, and he carries himself with the calm confidence of a dog who’s seen a lot in life — but he’s still got a playful spark that shines through once he feels safe. He’s the perfect mix of steady, sweet, and lightly goofy, and he’s now ready to enjoy the comfort and love he’s always deserved.

💞Gates lived with a Yorkie, so he may do well with another friendly, compatible dog. But he would also be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as the only pet in the home. He hasn’t met cats yet, so his compatibility with them is unknown.

💞This handsome guy is neutered, current on all vet care, heartworm negative, and has healthy bloodwork. He’s also housebroken and crate trained, and he already knows basic commands. Gates came to us after living with fleas for several years, but his skin has fully healed.

💞At first, Gates may seem a little reserved — he likes to take his time getting comfortable with new people and new environments. But once he trusts you, you’ll see his warm personality shine through. He becomes affectionate, silly in the sweetest way, and even a bit bouncy when he’s happy. His gentle energy makes him easy to love.

💞Gates is looking for a calm, caring home that appreciates the wonderful traits senior dogs bring: steadiness, gratitude, and a deep desire for companionship. If you’re ready to open your home to a loyal older dog who still has plenty of joy to share, Gates might be the perfect match. 💛
