It should settle and get even better as we use it. It does tend to want to leave with you right now, so you might want to scrape your shoes off.
It was fun to go from it to the sand in the baby area & feel the difference.

Excited to now have a Galican soft long jump. There are a few things to keep in mind when setting it.
1. Leave the front piece & poles in place.
2. Measure the overall jump length using the handy-dandy pvc pipe with markings for each jump height & how many pieces should be used. Position each piece with the zipper at the back & close to the ground. Alternate blue & white.
3. Space the pieces out evenly to get to correct overall length.
4. Place the back marker poles.

Course maps for 04/15-26/2024. Enjoy!

We've posted a couple of pictures on the board showing how the double jump can be set for ascending as used in AKC or bidirectional that can be used in UKI/USDAA. Either is correct, but the ascending is only jumped ONE direction with the lower bar in front and the higher bar in back with a diagonal ground bar to show the dog the depth of the jump. The bidirectional jump should have 2 diagonal ground bars, one under each jump bar.
