Bird Flu and Felines

Often a pandemic causes panic, sometimes with good reason. We want to provide some well sourced articles about the H5N1 virus that is highly infectious and deadly to birds AND cats. There is no vaccine, the symptoms vary, and often they pass with no warning. You can bring this virus home on your shoes and clothing. This is a SERIOUS illness. Now is the time to keep your cats indoors and take them in for an annual exam.

Hurray for adoptions! While we are always sad to see our catstranauts leave, it excites us to see them find new and wonderful forever homes! Super excited that Matty and Churro have found their new orbits! Sweet cats that can give their new people so much love!
