BURRITO!!! This dog is a hoot. Here is what Burrito is looking for in a home:
1) A person who will play with him. He prefers playing with people, but will play with other dogs.
2) Burrito is VERY smart and VERY attentive. Would make an excellent performance dog.
3) He would prefer to be the only dog in the house, unless the other dog is VERY playful and not easily worn out. Burrito seems to have no "off" button when it comes to playing with other dogs......
4) NOT SHY
Burrito will snuggle with you at night and be your new best friend.

Prince update: Many of you have asked for an update on this little guy.

Today he had his Vet Visit. He lost 15 teeth. He had an eyelid mass removed. And he is now back in his foster home and crashing!

2024 going out with a BANG.

This sweetheart of a dog was surrendered today by some wonderful young people when the parents could no longer care for the dog. This dog is a HOT MESS. Kids PLEASE.....if you have elderly parents that may not see or smell like they used to.....PLEASE check their dogs frequently!!! This dog is so matted we are going to have to shave much of him. He hasnt seen a Vet in years.....so who knows what else we will find. Stay tuned.... cause this is one sweet dog!!

1 yr old, goofy, sweet, Bi-Black male. He was very shy when we got him, but has blossomed nicely. Here he is playing with a Pomeranian.

Sheba gets adopted!!!! Multi-time German Shepherd owner. We are very happy for our girl!!

Where are our Shepherd Lovers? This gal is getting WAY too comfy here. Sheba is a GEM. SO soft and gentle. Housetrained, and just a love. Cats are ok, IF they dont run from her. Her best friend here is a 14 # Sheltie......and they play so well together. Sheba needs her own home.

New puppies first intake

Where’s all the Pomeranian loving people??? Percy is one of CISR's foster dogs and he is looking for a loving home (preferably to be the only dog). He is so sweet and well-behaved and loves to play ball!
