It’s usually all about the doodles at Monarch!
This weekend, not so much!
We’ve got Bano the Doberman, Brûlée the Pittie(my personal dog 💕), Miles the Wired Hair Fox Terrier, Pretzel the Bernedoodle, Bauer the Boxer, Flower the Australian Labradoodle, Hank the Boykin Spaniel, Luce the Spinone Italiano, Gemma the Labradoodle, Tank the Burgos Pointer, and Toby the Labradoodle.
What a great, fun group of dogs!
What’s your favorite breed besides your own? If you could own any breed, what would it be? I thought I’d only own Labradors, but look at me now, with 2 labs, a Bichon, an American Bulldog/Doberman mix, a Bernedoodle, and a Pittie. I’d love a Rhodesian Ridgeback, or a Dutch Shepherd… I just don’t have the time for one 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just a little update…

Clients are welcome to send their pets with their favorite blankie, towel or fluffy bed! But please consider that sometimes in a different/new setting, pets may be anxious and behave differently than they do at home, having accidents on their comfy items. Please note that moving forward, any soiled bed and blankie will be disposed of. Please keep this in mind when prepping your pet for their stay with us! Our facility does not have a commercial washer/dryer and we're unable to properly clean/disinfect these items or store anything soiled in that manner.
Likewise, if personal items are sent to be inside your pet's kennel it's at the owner's risk. If a pet chews on or ingests that material, Monarch is not responsible for any medical issue arising from a pet chewing/swallowing/ingesting bedding, toys, etc. We recommend leaving all unnecessary items at home for the safety of your furry friends!

Our daughter did a thing on Sunday. Ran her first full marathon. We saw her 6 times along the course, and not once did she look like she was gassed or struggling… Carley was smiling and upbeat all 26.2 MFM! We love you, and are so proud of you @carl_ey_b

Spring Break

It’s spring break for the next couple of weeks. We have 13 poodle mixes, and 1 pure bred out here in the river stone area so we’re not bathing dogs all day thanks to the mud. Who can guess the pure bred dog?
