Yesterday was a very long day for @crazyrn333 and I. The girls did great to and from the vet, so that was a big relief. We actually were able to set up camp at the vets office in their tiny parking lot and be with whoever wasn’t being operated on or recovering at the time (for 10+ hours!) These girls are so darn special and adorable. It really was a nerve-racking day, but by the end of it, we were exhausted and all of us were ready to come home. Took a video of the girls this morning. We will share more later today. We really want to thank all of you who sent well wishes, good thoughts, prayers and healing thoughts for the girls. And a huge thank you to those that donated to the pretty big bill. We greatly appreciate your support. Thank you for helping us help these amazing animals we get to care for every day! 🙏❤️🐷 I also need to think someone who is nothing short of a guardian angel at our sanctuary. This woman means so much to all of us. Every day she goes above and beyond anything we could ever ask for. 🍉🐖 Happy Friday! Ollie, Beatrice and Bella started their morning off with one of their favorite treats. Usually, it’s an afternoon treat but I couldn’t resist those faces. Going to have to stock up before the season is over, then we can move on to fall treats 🎃. Nervous momma here and nervous Auntie @crazyrn333. Big surgery for the girls on Monday. We thought about their trip there in crates, hoping they don’t worry that they’re leaving the sanctuary for good. We wonder how recovery will be for two weeks separated from each other. But they’ll get lots of TLC and treats and hugs. The 🐷 bank will have a pretty big chunk taken out of it. If you’d like to help, even with just a few bucks, the girls would greatly appreciate it.
