**UPDATE 7/24/24: We have received a tip that has led to the identification of the suspect. This is an open case with criminal charges pending.**

On Friday evening, July 19th around 7pm, there was a dog-on-dog attack at Jacobson Park that lead to the death of one of the dogs as a result of his injuries.

Here’s what we know:
- The dog owner is a young man, possibly in his late 20s to mid-30s, with a muscular build and dark complexion.

- He was driving a red pickup truck

- The dog is said to be as a solid black Cane Corso/German Shepherd mix, wearing a harness labeled “DO NOT PET” on one side and “SERVICE DOG” on the other. Witness states it looks like a very large black lab.

We are SO CONFUSED, how are these sweet and playful kittens, who are so irresistible I can't believe they haven't all been claimed yet.

Zarah - beautiful long-haired tortie, more quiet and reserved than the others, but just as playful and loving.
Olivia - wild child russian blue mix kitten , she has a zest for life and loves everyone she meets.
Raven - gorgeous mini-panther with silky soft fur and a purr you can't believe. She's a bit timid at first, but once she decides to trust you (it only took 1 day after switching foster homes) she doesn't want to be far from your loving arms.

Aurthur and Auralie are not siblings, but all their respective siblings have been adopted, leaving these sweet babies to wait for their perfect match.

Arthur has been waiting since April , and Auralie since May ! Both were taken from Danville / Harrodsburg area , which has an unimaginable need for help with stray cat populations. We want to help more !
