I have a gorgeous bay Appaloosa/Clydesdale cross filly. Her dam is a registered Appaloosa and her sire is a registered Clydesdale(I have pictures of both).

Lani is a big-bodied 2017 Appaloosa Sporthorse mare standing approximately 15.1hh, versatile enough to go in any direction. Lani has been a one-owner horse for her entire life, this is no sale barn special! She has always been dewormed, vaccinated, kept in immaculate condition. Lani has never been injured or lame, has always been an easy keeper in top health, and is “THE KIND” everyone is looking for.

Ride Lani in the ring, on the trail, or off-site, and she is the same horse no matter where you take her. She is a true point-and-shoot mount: wherever you want to go, she will happily oblige. She will go up steep banks, cross water or obstacles in the trail like logs, ride alongside any manner of vehicle (even pony out of your car window!), lead the way or plod along in the back, open and close gates, this mare is the total package. Not only that, you can pony her without drama or pony off of her - she doesn't get upset if another horse is in her space! Lani is the same horse no matter if you ride her once a day or once a year. She can sit for long periods of time and come back into work without fanfare. She is easy to catch, easy to handle, safe for anyone to ride or work with. Of course, she loads, ties, bathes, etc., without drama. Haul her anywhere and enjoy the pleasure of a horse that will take care of you!

Lani has been diseased tested and is negative across all six panels. Her color genetics are LP/LP, n/PATN1, Ee, AA, making her a bay fewspot. She would make a valuable addition to any facility or program. Lani is of course UTD on Coggins and vaccinations, so she is ready to hit the road for trail and show season!

She is located in Moneta, VA on a 600 acre farm with a large riding ring and trails to try her on! She is not currently in any program of schooling, which is the reason for sale: I have my one personal horse and I hate to see such a valuable and talented horse sitting in my pasture when she should be using what God gave her for someone else’s enjoyment!

Something a little different! My piggie! Dexter is 5yo, intact male mini pig. He is TINY, that is is a 4ft gate he is standing behind. (Donkey is already sold). He has 1 blue eye and has sired 2 super cute litters of pigs. He will sit for treats and his food and walks on a leash/harness. He is use to dogs and kids, comes when called.(especially if you have food 😅) I love him and want the best home for him... serious, good homes only! I have the right to refuse a home!

We are getting completely out of breeding and downsizing everything with the chaos of life. Due to NO fault of his own, I have heart breakingly decided to rehome Anakin. He is AKC registered (full) and still intact. He has been genetically tested clean via pawprints genetics, but still needs his hips and elbows checked. He is house trained and crate trained. He will gladly sleep in bed with you or in his crate. He does need crated when you leave, but if you are home there is no need for it! He wants to be under your feet 24/7 and will pace if he can't find you. He doesn't meet strangers, people or other pets. He does not rush doors, we tell him to sit and wait and then we tell him to go when it's ok to go out. And we make him sit and wait for his food until we say "go eat" as well. We do not like rude dogs here so he has manners. He is 3yo but still very hyper/high drive, he is great with all our pets/livestock but I wouldn't trust him with birds unsupervised due to his high hunt drive. He has not been hunted as he is gun shy 🤦‍♀️ he is around small kids all the time and he is insanely gentle with them. All around he is an excellent dog, but life is kicking me in the teeth and I need to downsize so I am choosing to give him a better life than I can offer at this time. I love this dog, I have the right to refuse the home offer, so please only good, serious homes only!!
