Huge congratulations to Jessica Clements and her boy Mako for their accomplishments at the Mid-Atlantic Labrador Gun Dog Specialty this week! Mako won an Altered Reserve Best in Specialty Show, AND achieved his first Rally title with a high score of 99, earning him 3 Total Dog achievements!! He is now UCH ALT RBISS Cedar Coves Out of the Bleu CGCA CGCU TKP R01 TDx3

Happy one year to Pirouette’s Classical Music litter! I can’t believe how the time has flown! This litter was so rewarding to raise, and they’re maturing so nicely. This litter produced:
1 AKC GCH
1 AKC-pointed puppy
2 SDit’s
2 creative grooming dogs
8 well-loved puppies.
I can’t wait to see where they go from here!

Less than a year old, and Bram is now:
GRAND CHAMPION Cedar Cove’s Danse Macabre TKN VHMA!!
Bram finished both his CH and GCH completely owner-handled in 5 weekends with multiple Best of Variety, Select Dog and Owner-Handled Group placements, a Group One, and several 5 point majors. Huge, huge congratulations to his co-owners Rachel Baird and Chelsea Baird who presented and maintained this boy so beautifully.
A big thank you to Kayla B Croteau for allowing us the opportunity to use Gavin for this once-in-a-lifetime litter. Bram makes our little corner of the world a happier place.

Spent a beautiful weekend with part of our Cedar Cove family at the Snake River Canyon Kennel Club in Idaho. Cedar Cove’s Rebellious Bird, “Carmen” showed beautifully, and reminded me so much of her mama, Pirouette, in temperament and style. Her owner, Madison Wayment (Lazy Lotus Standard Poodles), has done such a wonderful job raising her, and maintaining coat. This special little gal is maturing into a beautiful young lady.
Thank you to Rachel Baird and Chelsea Baird for helping make sure she looked her absolute best in the ring, and for the beautiful photos of this sweet girl.

So proud of Rachel, Chelsea, and Bram! Bram celebrated his first weekend as a special by taking BOV twice for two 5-point majors! He also went Select twice, earning him more than half of the necessary points for his Grand, and 2/3 of the majors needed. We’re so proud of our stunning silver boy.

Cedar Cove’s Rebellious Bird “Carmen” got her first point her very first weekend out! She’s just over 8 months, and is maturing so nicely! We’re so excited to see what else these two accomplish together!

Pending AKC verification, Bram is now
CH Cedar Cove’s Danse Macabre! Bram finished on day one of his third weekend out, with a Group One and multiple Best of Variety under his belt. He completed his Champion at 7 months old never taking less than RWD, and was completely owner handled. We’re so incredibly proud of him! We plan to work towards his Grand and add some suffix titles next !

UCH Cedar Cove’s My Profound Love CGC SBN SCN SEA SIN “Mylo” earned his Advanced Exterior scentwork title this weekend! Congrats Sara and Mylo on an awesome achievement!

Cedar Cove’s Danse Macabre “Bram” attended his second show this week and won a
🏆 GROUP ONE 🏆 under judge Gloria Kerr!
Aside from his group win, Bram also took:
OH Group 2 under judge Ken Murray
BOV and OH Group 3 under Dr Gail Forsythe
BOS and BW under Ms. Susie Osborn
WD under Judge Carol Graham, gaining a total of 8 points. At 7 months old, he’s now one major away from his championship.

He and his owners made a beautiful team, and we’re incredibly proud of their accomplishments already. We can’t wait to see what the future brings for Team Bram.
