We are an AKC registered breeder and all puppies are available on a limited registration only. This means puppies must be spayed/neutered between 6 and 12 months. We provide owners with AKC registration papers only after proof of spay/neuter. We are currently expecting a litter around March 15th and anticipate they will all be black.

week 6-7

All 3 pups know where they are going and they all have names other than their Peanuts Litter name!

Woodstock will be staying on Pawtuckaway with his Momma and his name is Arthur!
Charlie Brown will be going to MA with a family who owned his great uncle and his new fam has 2 young boys who couldn't be more excited! His name is Major Charlie (hockey reference for Major)
Ryla (Peppermint Patty) is staying as part of the Pawtuckaway Pack and living with Morgan and Uncle Koda

From the pups:
Last Sunday we got to experience the outside world before it got super cold!! We met sister Piper and loved finding leaves, jumping off the one step, and running around in all the extra space!!

It got bitter cold and the hoomans were up a lot checking the fire/woodstove tricking us into thinking we were gonna get food! Momma Mags is pretty much all done giving us milk.

We've tried news ways of eating with Toppls from West Paw, a snuffle mat, and Outward Hound Snoops (half balls). We love having pillows like our Momma and other family members ❤️ We learned how to play tug and chase things, oh and "honk" the elephant 🐘 🤪

We love the cot but sometimes it gets peed on 🫣 so we lose access to it...

We also played with the tippy board 💪🏼

We are working on treat diving with "hunt", more "look look look", "off" to get down when we jump up, name recalls, and delayed gratification of not getting our food when we hear it scooped - have to wait a bit.

Weights- Ryla is just shy of 13 lbs 😳
Major Charlie is just over 12 lbs
Arthur 11.60 lbs

Life in the pen has been fun! Lots of growing and learning 🙃

We sometimes have our potty training down and then other times we sit/lay on the grass tray 🤦🏼‍♀️ #2 is going way better than #1 💪🏼

Eating in individual bowls is a new skill and we can have completely dry food! Sometimes we eat in crates other times the hoomans play paw patrol 😉

Momma's milk is almost dried up and we are relying on the hoomans to not forget about us haha we eat at 5:30am, 12:30pm and somewhere between 9:30-10pm. With milk snacks from Momma Mags throughout the day. We like to play with her when we are done eating.

We love our toys and have a blast though sometimes we prefer to chomp on one another (esp tails) and wonder what the loud crazy sound is coming from our sib until a hooman comes to say "look look look" and distracts us.

We learned about watching TV and are confused why the big dogs are outside the pen and we aren't 🤷🏼‍♀️

We weighed in around 10-11lbs too!

week 4 to week 5

Long week lots going on for our hoomans including track meets (one is a coach) and an agility trial for 2 of the !!

We (Pawpack8) have been working on potty training (see pic of us laying in the take grass...🫣), playing with upside down bowls and tippy boards, chewing and tugging our fav toys, practicing land shark skills with sibs and hoomans (ouch!), eating softened food, drinking water, and sleeping a LOT!

Our gathers everyday to hang out and play with us, it's the best!

Our training has begun where the hoomans help shape our behaviors and guide us to understanding how to be the bestest buddies for our new families.

We are a month old!!

Sooooo behind on a pupdate! Here are some fun tidbits since just before the New Year:

We now weigh in at the smallest being 6.5lbs and the largest being 7.75lbs!!

We learned to walk and bunny hop, bark and growl, and recognize sounds of household noises and voices of our hoomans. We've also had fun with toys, hooman friends, momma, formula/mash, and even some quick interactions with the !!

We've also got new which we'll show in the next post (aka no more puppy box 🫣)

Throw back pic to say Happy Birthday to our New Year's Litter, the original who turn 14 today.

We were surprised by 9 pups born in 4 hours from our fabulous Momma J (Jada). They gave us so much joy on that first wild ride raising a litter.

Not all of this pack are still here on earth with us anymore 😢 though we love them all where ever they are ❤️

Thank you to all our Pawtuckaway Labs' families who loved these puppies and have continued to stay in touch and share them with us all these years.

Merry Christmas from
First time we've had a litter over Christmas!!

These 3 are starting to play together and will be ready for toys soon! Ryla has been fussy and it turns out she already has teeth!!

Even with 3 it's not the easiest to get all of them to cooperate for a pic haha. They are cute either way!!

Momma Maggie continues to be amazing, hanging out with her uncle, momma, sister and daughter for a bit.

The other 4 got their Christmas 🎄 pic too! Not our best but got it done!!

Photo Shoot!

They're 2 weeks old and soooo big almost 4 pounds Charlie Brown & Ryla are 3.94lbs Woodstock is 3.54 lbs

Gonna try for some group photos this week and have some fun with holiday props- enjoy these for now!!

We've heard little yips/barks, gotten our first kisses, they are biting at our hands and objects, and juuuuust barely getting on their back legs!! Gonna be running around with zoomies before we know it!!

I know that many of you are waiting for me (Dee) to post our google litter interest form. I hope you understand that with such a small litter I will not be posting one, rather I am reaching out to current Pawtuckaway Lab/Willcare Lab families that have recently contacted us about a new puppy. Some of these families have been waiting years for the time to be right to add a new family member. At this time we know that Ryla is staying with Morgan and have the two boys Charlie Brown and Woodstock to decide who their furever families will be. This is particularly hard as we know there will be some disappointed families out there.
The good news is that we are planning litters with Brea and Ruah and hopefully someday Ryla too!! Brea will be four in 2025 and Ruah three so we are planning for the future of Pawtuckaway Labs!

Apologies for the delay in a update, it's been a long week adjusting to this litter and all the humans and Momma Maggie have been working hard to take care of all things puppies.

For those who are newer to following us, the main people behind the scenes here are Dee (the mom) and Morgan (the daughter). Dee handles more of the business side of the process and is the champion of keeping the puppy area set up and clean!! Morgan manages the social media posts and pictures and the overnight shifts supervising momma and pups, and also handling the puppies/socializing (nail clippings etc.).

We are so lucky to also have Maggie's human parents helping us out and John (the dad) who also lends a hand!

We call this litter as they are our 8th litter (since 2010) and Momma Maggie is from our 5th litter (this is her 2nd as a momma!). You'll see some of our that live upstairs, Maggie's momma Abby, with Koda her uncle, and then her sister Brea standing and her daughter Ruah laying down.

Enjoy this week's photo dump and let us know what is your favorite part of following along!! These pups are HUGE compared to our other litters, our female is the largest at 2 lbs 11 oz at 9 days old!!! The boys are close behind by a few ounces.

Long chill day over here so lots of time for some pics and videos as we readjust to being a litter of 3 💔. (See our other post for that info)

Meanwhile Momma Mags has put all her effort into these three lovebugs. She is very diligent as you can see in all the snuggle pics and especially when the babies were in the basket and she says "I'd like them back please!"

Trying not to bug her or them too much, so more individual photos to come in time. Enjoy the unwrapping moments for now ❤️

We never know what's gonna happen on this puppy journey and the saddest of all is when we lose one of our pack no matter how long they've been with us 💔

Sadly one of our boys (black color) from this litter was struggling since they were born and despite all of Maggie's and our efforts he didn't make it through the night 😔 he spent much of his time with us in one of the human's loving hands trying to help him thrive.

We wanted to dedicate a post just to him ❤️ our Pig Pen Puppy - we'll love him forever 💞

Our is now a smaller pack of 3...it's not been easy and we are trying to love on Maggie and the other 3 as much as we can.

Momma is healing up and getting what she needs from her hoomans. Pups are settling in too!

Momma Maggie is snoozing 😴 away waiting for her babies to arrive!!

Hooman Morgan is okay with this as she has Covid (doing ok tho!) and has to stay away from the other hoomans (which means puppies too if they arrive soon) so she says we can reverse the hurry up and actually wait a little bit haha!!

They'll come when they are ready and we are so excited to meet them!!
