We all need a smile every now and then, and this is one of the sweetest smiles we have ever seen! This is Makai, a beautiful 1 year old Labrador Retriever mix. She loves to play, chase a ball, and spend time entertaining her favorite humans. She is a recent graduate of the SPCA's highly regarded Ruff Start Program at Soledad State Prison, where inmate trainers work with shelter dogs in need of some extra care and training. Makai would love to have a "Home for the Holidays" and beyond! You can meet her at the SPCA!

Someone just wanted to show you her cute nails! Meet Fiona, the 5 year old girl whose a big sweetheart. When she first came to us, we noticed she had not been brushing her teeth and had developed some teeth issues but thanks to all your help we were able to give her the treatment she needed!
