Attention exhibitors with confirmed stalls-

Please get payments in ASAP! Big THANK YOU to everyone that has already paid. Reminder that payment needs to be RECEIVED by Feb 1 or your stalls will be given to the next person on the waiting list.

We have a very long waiting list, if you are reconsidering attending please cancel as soon as you can. If you can make any adjustments to your stall count- give up an extra tack stall or leave a ride around at home for example- please reach out. Even if you have already sent payment, we’re happy to make adjustments so we can accommodate some additional horses!

We hope to see you Tuesday evening at 6 PM at the home of Kat Resler’s for our District 1 Christmas meeting. We will have our election of officers and a short meeting.
