We’ve got 9 little cuties ready for applications!!

These adorable mixed breed babies are 12 weeks old, had one vaccine, been dewormed, and are scheduled for spay neuter in the next two weeks.

This means they are READY to start finding their forever homes!! We don’t know what their breed is, but mom is a 45 pound mixed breed with the best personality. I suspect these guys will be similar size or around 50/55lb.

Regardless, they are amazing babies and will make fantastic family dogs!! Get your applications in soon!!! I don’t think these babies will last long.

Please welcome Pugington!

This sweet little dude is ready for his forever home. Pugington was found in Barstow with an injury to his right eye. It was treated, but he does have a small scar on his eye that will likely stay there forever.

Puggy is only about 1 year old, is good with dogs, cats and all people. He is house trained, crate trained, and working on his overall manners. He’s such a good dude and totally adorable! He is also on the smaller side for a pug weighing only 12 pounds.

Pugington is a more active dude and needs a home that will play with him often or has other dogs to play with.

Pearl is still waiting on the culture results from her bladder stones but other than that she is ready for adoption through Hank’s Legacy Foundation! She is a 4yr old poodle, good with dogs, and kids. She is mostly potty trained but still having some accidents as she recovers from the effects of the bladder stones. She will likely need to be on prescription food.

Please welcome Remy A2176817.

This older gal (5ish) landed herself at the west valley animal shelter and was labeled Medical due to some slight nasal discharge. Poor Remy also has terrible cauliflower ears from a horrendous crop job.

Thankfully she sees the vet this week to get a full assessment and wellness exam.

So far Remy has been nothing but sweet. She’s a total lover and wants all the attention she can get. We haven’t dog tested her yet due to her potential URI, but once she’s cleared we will see how she does.

Update on these puppies!

Unfortunately the person wanting to rehome these puppies (and a third) has stopped communicating with us. It’s unclear if she changed her mind, or rehomed them on her own, but I sure hope they are okay.

This is a frustrating thing that happens with owner surrenders, and why it gets hard to take them in. We had transport, foster, vet appointments and other volunteers all lined up, and when the day to pick up the puppies came, the lady never responded.

We appreciate all of you who reached out about them. If we end up hearing from her, we will keep you all posted.

Pretty little Sage still looking for her forever home!

This princess is about 3 years old, and just full of personality. She loves to play and is very active. After being found roaming the streets of Lancaster, and has been in multiple foster homes where we have learned lots about her!

Sage is a lot of dog for only 12 pounds, and requires an owner that will continue to teach her manners. She is crate trained and almost house trained. She’s got decent leash manners and is working on basic skills.

Sage would do best with a young family or person as she loves to go on adventures. She’s good with other dogs her size, and does warm up to bigger dogs with time.

Sage is seriously so cute, and going to be such a good dog. She just needs someone willing to be patient with her.

‼️Urgent foster STILL needed‼️

Charolette needs a foster or adoptive home ASAP! This beautiful 3 year old is such a good girl. She is smart, playful, and desperate for her forever family.

Charolette is good with other dogs, as long as they do NOT interact with her food or kennel (resource guards those two things with dogs). Charolette would do best in a home with no other dogs, but could live with another dog with a bully experience owner.

Charolette is good with people and kids, but men tend to make her a little nervous and she will bark until she’s comfortable.

Charolette is currently with me (Shelby) and I’m due with my second baby any day. Charolette really needs placement even just temporarily (2-4 weeks). Please someone give this sweet soul a chance!!

‼️‼️‼️Foster needed‼️‼️‼️

2 six week old mixed breed puppies (maybe schnauzer poodle?) need our help!! There isn’t much known about them other than the family doesn’t want them. Must be able to keep separate from other animals for 2 weeks to ensure they are healthy.

Bottle puppy update!

The three babies we kept from the Christmas puppy dump are doing well. We had a scare with gnarly diarrhea from coccidia but once treatment was started we have seen huge improvements.

HOWEVER! These stubborn little fatties are ONLY eating Esbilac liquid puppy milk replacement (not my favorite but what can you do). This is an expensive formula, and buying it is going to add up fast with how much they are eating.

That’s where I humbly come to you all again, and ask if anyone could order us some extra. I’ve attached it to our wishlist below, but I’m fully aware how much I’ve been asking from you all recently, and don’t want anyone to feel badly if they cannot help.

Just never hurts to ask!!

Tom and Alien ❤️

These two are so sweet and bonded. Tom (tuxedo) is about 4 years old and Alien (grey tabby) is about 6. They are two of the cats abandoned by their owner in May, that desperately want their forever home.

Alien and Tom are a bit on the shy side, and take some time to warm up to new people. Once they do they will cuddle with you as often as they can and give you so much love.

Huge adoption announcement!

This Christmas our sweet BOOTS spent it with his forever family!!! Boots was born in rescue, and sat for 2 years with very little interest. He was a little shy, and meeting new people took him some time to come around.

When he landed with the Vaughn family, it was love at first sight, and we knew he was finally home.

Happy tails sweet boots! We love you so much!

Odie is growing up in rescue

This adorable 10 month old boy is patiently waiting for his forever family. He’s grown into such a good boy and is so handsome. We don’t know what his breed mix is, but he’s a great size at 40lbs and likely won’t get much bigger.

Odie is eager to please his owner, loves to play with people and other dogs, and is just SO social! He is curious about cats, and if they run, he would chase, so living with cats would depend on the cat.

Odie is crate trained, house trained, and working on leash manners.

Can anyone give this boy a home for the Holidays ?! Or even the new year.

Last night I got a panicked call from the manager at petsmart_100 in Stevenson Ranch after someone watched a guy leave 7 puppies in an old car seat OUTSIDE. These babies still have umbilical cords attached leading us to believe they are 2-3 days old. After multiple phone calls and coordinating people, Sadie Rae Mattie Mae All Animal Rescue and myself were able to find bottle feeders for these kiddos.

All the pups are strong and eating well, and we are grateful for volunteers willing to stop what they are doing to help save tiny lives.

HLF is keeping 3 of the 7 puppies, and they are safe with a TEMPORARY bottle feeder for the next 2 weeks. However, I urgently need to find another bottle feeder to take over in 2 weeks to help keep the se babies thriving! If you are interested, please reach out asap!

As for supplies, the biggest need will be puppy milk formula and potty pads. Both can be found on our amazon wishlist.

Well, I did it again! Please welcome mama Quinn. This sweet soul found herself at the @lancasteranimalshelter where the fabulous @rita_earl_blackwell messaged me. This cutie was unfortunately going to have a spay abortion if the shelter couldn’t find rescue, so the best foster in the world opened her home for another mama. This little lady is only 43 pounds and will likely have these puppies in a week or so. Her demeanor is incredible, and she is beyond friendly. Quinn immediately knew we were all here to help her, and gives sweet tail wags and gentle kisses to show her appreciation. The amazing donations of food we received this week are going to sustain this lady and her pups, so THANK YOU for helping us continue to rescue. Welcome to the good life mama Quinn!! We will update you all when we have PUPPIES!!

2024 Home and Garden Show!!

Kylie is a 2yr old poodle mix who was found as a stray on New Year’s Eve. No one ever claimed her and right after her stray hold was up she gave birth to 5 beautiful babies. Kylie is great with everyone and all dogs big and small. She love to play tug-a-war and rough house but she also love to snuggle with her people. Kylie is crate and house trained. She would make a great addition to any family.
