Only 2 sweet little boys still looking for a forever home! Starting off in this world born to an u***d mother was tough & it has been a nightmare tracking down daddy, DNA is slow. Investigation is in the final stages Parental Evaluation has begun but 4-6 wks seems to be AKC's standard answer for processing anything so we still have plenty of wait time ahead.

In the meantime, life goes on. This litter has turned out to be a real joy to raise, they are interesting, inquisitive, handsome & tons of fun. They have inherited the black gene from some distant relative, a Frenchman no doubt! Little black noses have made them all the more comical in a strange way, especially when dogs do that cute little head c**k from side to side! I'm a little bit in love with them!

Just a little update on kennel happenings & growing puppies 😊
2 , possibly 3 males still available. DNA process to identify sire is still ongoing & it may take a few more weeks so registration paperwork will have to be mailed to you when available. I truly think going on the Maury show would be faster. More photos of these cuties

A few photos of Dolly's litter with more to follow. 5 weeks old on Monday 6/17 & having so much fun playing outside in the warm weather. Eating "big dog" food with a passion, growling, barking, chasing & taking turns pinning each other to the ground.

My name is Gary Ramsey and the last 25 years of my life has been spent head over heels in love with the American Brittany thanks to an amazing dog named Clay. Windswept’s Clay Bullet was everything a bird hunting enthusiast could ask for and so much more. Wild bird hunting was a passion for Clay, he was an exceptional bird finder with stamina and style. Together we hunted several species of quail, pheasant, ruffed grouse, sharptail grouse, hungarian partridge and sage grouse all across this country and his intelligence and heart were beyond compare. Clay was a true hunting companion and my very best friend. During his career in National Shoot to Retrieve (NSTRA) he became a 10 time Champion, was first runner up in the Grand National and was inducted into the NSTRA Hall of Fame. I feel so blessed to have owned him and fortunate now to continue his legacy and linage through his sons, daughters and their offspring.

Brittanys are bright, funny, loyal, loving, biddable and their passion for finding birds is beyond compare. At Windswept Ridge Brittanys we find that combination irresistible when deciding on a hunting companion. Only the best of the best traits are combined in our breeding program and our goal is to produce a puppy with every opportunity of making you the best bird dog companion possible with an abundance of natural ability in the field and a loving disposition.

Our puppies are always current on vaccines and wormings and we guarantee that he/she is free of any genetic or congenital disease. Hips are guaranteed for 30 months from the pups date of birth. If at any point your veterinarian finds an issue described above your purchase price will be refunded in full.
