Today was jump moving day! We are officially out of the indoor and finally all set up in the outdoor! My big jump moving helpers were hard at work keeping things moving along smoothly. 🤣 juliet is doing a great job teaching Jax how to be my sidekick!

Prolific, 10 yr old, 16.3 thoroughbred gelding. Competed through training level eventing and 3rd level dressage. He now prefers doing only dressage. Amature friendly, just coming off a lease packing around and teaching an older amature rider the ropes of dressage. He requires a quiet sensitive rider that wants to learn. Extremely safe, hacks out alone or in a group.

Weekend barn help. Duties include but not limited to: feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, blanket changes, filling waters etc. We start at 7 am Saturday and Sunday. Private training facilities, heated barn so you won’t be freezing all day!
Candidate must be comfortable handling young horses, have reliable transportation, and must be able to work independently once trained. Please pm if interested

Boyd Martin clinic December 2024
A few of our riders ventured out in the frigid temperatures to ride with the amazing Boyd Martin on Friday, at the beautiful Graphite Hill farm!
Everyone had excellent and very productive rides. We all came away with lots of homework and fun exercises to practice over the winter!

Retired Racehorse Project Thoroughbred Mareover 2024:
What an awesome week we had! This year we took, In The Union( griffin) and competed in two disciplines, eventing and dressage. This was my first year competing in the dressage division. Griffin was a complete professional the entire week, he never put a foot out of place in the warm up or in the competition arena. For the dressage division we place 12th out of 95 riders!
For the eventing division we were first after dressage with a 78.3! While we had a good stadium round we unfortunately had two rails costing us some points. Cross country we had an amazing run scoring the second highest score! At the end of the preliminary competition we ended up In fifth place landing us a spot in the finale! Griffin stepped into the covered arena like a pro and put in a very nice round but again had two rails costing us some major points. We ended up keeping our 5th place in the finale for the entire eventing division. To say I’m proud of griffin is a complete understatement! He has been the easiest to train, has the best brain, and has the talent to go to the top. Considering he only had 60 days of formal jump training I am blown away by how well he did! We are sad that the best week of the year is over but so grateful we were able to go, and had the opportunity to meet so many new friends, and compete in the most positive, helpful, and supportive atmosphere!

Gmha September horse trials 2024:
What a great weekend! We brought a massive group this time which included 7 horses and riders ranging from training level to beginner novice. We also had an awesome group of grooms ie: significant others, family members, and friends; that flew in just for the weekend to give us a helping hand. The weather was absolutely perfect and courses were beautiful!
We had lots of ups and downs, awesome rides and some difficult ones. But at the end of the day I am so incredibly proud of the team we have developed! Congratulations to all of our riders for all of there hard work and dedication. It’s sad that’s this was our last weekend in Vermont at the beautiful GMHA for 2024, but we are excited and looking forward to being back for the 2025 season!

GMHA Festival of eventing

We had quite an adventure of a weekend, which started with dressage in the pouring rain! I have to say I am so proud of all my horses and riders who rode through the awful weather and produced there best tests of the year so far! Then some last minute schedule changes due to some major wash out issues on cross country, leaving our BN ladies with a day off and then having to run both stadium and cross country on the same day. Both stepped up to the plate and ran a double clear! I am so proud of them and all of there hard work this summer! Distorted sky was amazing as well but an unfortunate spook in dressage and a rail in stadium cost him. Other than that he was absolutely amazing! Now we all take a few weeks off to train and back to gmha in Sept!
Thank you to the amazing team at GMHA for pulling this weekend off. I’m pretty sure we were all blown away that you were able to fix everything after the insane amount of rain and continue the event flawlessly!
And as always thank you to all our staff both at home and at the show for keeping everything running smoothly!

Coursebrook July 2024

Congratulations to all of our riders on some fantastic rides! We took 5 horses and riders to Coursebrook horse trials on Saturday and had a very productive and exciting day! We are so proud of everyone’s hard work and determination! We have an awesome team and the day ran so smoothly! After a long drive home and a very late night we packed back up the next morning and took the two baby horses to the stockade dressage schooling show. It was both horses first time off the farm and very first show. Both of them blew us away with how well they handled everything and how well they did in there tests! We are very excited for the future of our baby eventers!! Thank you as always to our incredible sponsors and team at home for keeping us looking and feeling our best and keeping everything running smoothly while we travel!
