We are here for you! I've always had 2 passions--animals and fitness. I am classically trained in Pilates (Pilates Institute of Boulder). That's where I can help.

I've been in the fitness industry for nearly 30 years teaching fitness classes and personal training. I'm also a national presenter and teacher trainer for Mad Dogg Athletics. Besides being passionate about helping people stay healthy, I have always loved animals. I've worked or volunteered at local Humane Societies and veterinary clinics for as long as I've been involved in fitness. When my kids

were younger, I ran a successful pet sitting business so I recently decided to incorporate animal health and well-being back into my fitness business. Most owners understand the health of their pets is important, but just don't have the time due to work or other commitments.
