This is Bingo, he is from our first Alfa litter.
He was returned to us this last week.
Bingos owner sadly passed away and unfortunately the relative he was supposed to go to is battling some serious health issues of his own.
Poor Bingo was alone with his owner after he passed for quite some time. Bingo was extremely stressed and panicked and tore up his two front legs pretty good. He is on the mend so that's the good news. He is on five different medications for healing and pain.
Our hearts go out to Bingos family during this hard time. I remember his owner so well from when he picked Bingo up at 8 weeks, what a nice man. We talked outside while he held Bingo and while Bingo played. So very sorry and thinking of his family during this hard time. We likely have already found Bingo an amazing new home once his healing is a little further along so at this time he is not available.
We want to thank Kelley's Animal Clinic in Grand Rapids for getting him in so quickly and a huge thank you to the vet by our new house Healthy Acres Veterinary Clinic in Remus for taking such wonderful care of him today.
Just such a sad story and for our small part, we will get this dog a fantastic home and do right by his owner. I know he would be so happy to know that Bingo is okay.
Special thank you to our amazing trainer at Mitten State Dog Training Megan who happens to be one of the best vet techs ever too - she came up super early in the morning after we got Bingo to help us clean his wounds and bandage him up until we could get into the vet.
Help us wish Bingo a speedy recovery ❤️❤️❤️
