🚨URGENT FINAL PLEA🚨NEEDS POSITIVE OUTCOME BY END OF DAY 11/17/24. Adoption fees waived.
❤Wisteria A395424, 4yrs, Spayed Female, 40lbs, Heartworm Positive❤
Wisteria has been with us for 265 days, and in that time, she’s come along way in her confidence and trust with people. When she first arrived, Wisteria was so nervous that walking on a leash was a big challenge – but thanks to volunteers and staff working with her, she now ventures out with a bit more courage. While she is still very shy, she LOVES treats and will come up to you for a tasty reward. She currently shares her kennel with another dog and was briefly in a foster home where she reportedly did well with the smaller dogs in the home.
❤Onyx A400871, 5yrs, Spayed Female, 44lbs, Heartworm Negative❤
Onyx arrived at the shelter in June as a stray. She had a large mass on her back, which has since been removed, along with a skin condition that has been treated. Onyx also has occasional eye issues that cause discharge, but this has been addressed as well. Onyx enjoys spending time with people and doesn't mind affection, she also very treat motivated. She was originally able to share a kennel with another dog, but unfortunately has been involved in several fights with other dogs at the shelter and is now unable to share a kennel with another dog.
❤Danny A400305, 1yr, Neutered Male, 71lbs, Heartworm Negative❤
Danny is a playful guy loves treats and is full of energy, making him the perfect buddy for an active lifestyle. Danny walks well on a leash and enjoys all the affection he can get, but he’s still brushing up on his obedience skills—nothing a little training and patience can’t fix. Though he’s shared his kennel with other dogs in the past, Danny's had a few scuffles with his roommates, so he's now kenneled alone due to his behavior.
❤Delilah A403043, 6yrs, Spayed Female, 48lbs, Heartworm Positive❤
Delilah is an energetic tennis ball superstar who could happily chase balls all day! When she’s not showing off her fetch skills, she’s quick to impress with her “sit” command and takes treats gently. Though she’s a bit older, Delilah still has plenty of s***k and energy to share. When she first arrived, she was underweight at just 38lbs, but with a bit of TLC, she’s now a healthy 48 lbs. Recently, during morning cleaning, Delilah has become difficult to handle for staff and has made attempts to bite. Given her past scuffles with other dogs in the shelter, Delilah does best on her own and isn’t currently able to share a kennel.
