Chloe - a mixture of sass, sweetness and energy! She’s a huge fan of people! She’s good with dogs and cats, well she’s fine unless they run but easily corrected! She’s crate trained and housebroke!

Her needs are an active family that loves walks and play times. A family that will include her in movie night(she will watch sometimes lol) and running errands. She’s the perfect size! We recommend no kids under 10 or 12 due to her puppy behavior which leads to excitement at times. She’s working on her mouthiness, walking on leash and other commands. She’s very food motivated!

If you notice on her back she has hair loss that is from a burn. We got no details on how it happened but it’s all healed and the vet feels the hair should come back. It appears to be only a surface burn.

Despite that injury she’s a happy girl and will make a great addition

We get a lot of offers for volunteers. So here is what we need help with.

Someone to do the spay/neuter transport Tues Jan 7th to Skagit Humane. We have 14 cats/kittens going. They would be picked up in Ferndale and dropped off by 8 am. Pickup would be 4pm back to Ferndale We can use one person for both or two people, one taking morning and one afternoon. I will have cats crated and labeled. All you do is drop off! For reference I can fit 14 in my Kia Sorento which is a small suv.

As you can imagine we are getting burned out doing all these drives. In the last ten years I’ve personally done about 90% of all the transports we do. My list of to dos is long so this would be a huge help!

So where are all the volunteers!!

Temporary Foster Care Needed Until Monday Due to ongoing medical issues affecting their elderly owners, Bear and Penny require immediate foster care. Their original foster caregivers will return on Monday to resume care. The dogs are currently located in Blaine, and pickup arrangements can be made at any time. We appreciate any available foster caregivers who can provide temporary care, either separately or together, for this bonded pair, who have been together since adoption and are around one year old.

They are also up for adoption but currently need to be moved!

Bob is adopted!! And better yet to neighbors back in my Everson days but funny they now live down Axton lol. Hes going to a great home and I’m super excited for him!!

Chloe is in the house! She’s about 5 months and a hoot! Personality galore!! Super smart and would be a great dog for a family that is active!

Bob needs a home.. and he’d love Autumn to come with him!! If you adopt Bob you can take Autumn for free because all we want is for Bob to be happy!! Bob is a young adult.. Autumn is about 3 1/2 months old!
