**Good Morning Everyone,**

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of our beloved Gidget’s passing. About a month ago, our sweet Gidget, the loving mother to all of our baby cockatiels, left us. She lived a wonderful life and passed away naturally and peacefully in my arms.

Gidget holds a special place in my heart. My biggest regret is not keeping one of her babies to continue her legacy, but I am comforted knowing they have all found wonderful homes with our clients. Her mate, Lucky, remains a cherished companion.

For the time being, we will no longer be breeding our birds. In the future, there is a possibility of introducing a nest box to my bonded sun conure pair, so I will keep this page active for any of your bird-related needs.

Meet Mango 🥭

She found her home with Nikki back in May and has been thriving! She has been great with Nikki's little ones, enjoys using her swing, going on walks in her carrier, and listening to music. We are so happy she found her perfect forever home! ❤️

You will need to purchase a cage, food, and supplies for your bird to be able to bring them home. I always clip their nails before sending them home and you have the option if you would like me to clip their wings.

Adoption fees:

The adoption fee for my cockatiels is $250 each. You will need to purchase supplies including a cage, food, perches, and toys for your bird! I always clip their nails before sending them home and you have the option if you would like me to clip their wings. I never send a bird home earlier than 10 weeks of age.

DNA s*xing is also included to confirm the s*x of your bird. With the grey cockatiels, it is easier to tell if they are male or female based on the colors of their feathering on the crest and tail. With the yellow cinnamon pearls, it is trickier to tell the s*x at a young age. If you wait until your bird is 9 months of age or older, it might be easier to guess based on looks, but if you want to know sooner than that, DNA s*xing takes approximately 2 weeks to come back.

Cockatiels are great starter birds to care for, making them a desirable pet. Their endless affection facilitates their natural ability to bond with their pet parents. Playpens are a great way to allow them to interact with you outside of their habitat!
- Cockatiels are terrific companions with lots of personality
- Extremely social, and thrive on interaction
- Love to play with toys and can learn to "sing"
- Known for whistling and mimicry
- Gray is the most common color, but they are also available in pearl, white-faced, whitefaced pearl, lutino, pied and more color variations
- Bond easily with their human companions
- Birds should be socialized daily by the pet parent
- Can be kept alone to bond with pet parent or in pairs to bond with each other
-Different types of birds should not be housed together

REHOMED!!

Another cockatiel baby getting ready to find a new home! Approximately 9 weeks old. Wings and nails will be clipped - I’m sure this is a female but DNA testing is available upon request for an additional fee. She can be yours for $125! Please keep in mind that this does not include a cage and/or supplies and you will need to be prepared before bringing her home!

Waiting List/Deposit/Pick Up Policy:

I require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be placed on my waiting list or to hold a bird for pickup. This deposit will be deducted from the purchase price of $250 Payments can be made by Venmo, Facebook Pay, Cashapp, or PayPal (fees are not covered - you must select friends/family option). Clients are placed on the waiting list in the order of the date deposits are received. Birds will be offered in the same chronological order as received deposits. Deposits placed to hold an available bird are good for 14 days, if you fail to arrange or follow-through on pickup in that time then your deposit will not be refunded and you will move off of the waiting list.

Before placing a deposit, please be certain that you are willing to wait for your special bird. I do my best to fulfill the requests of my clients, but genetics being what they are, I cannot predict how many birds will be produced or the s*x and color that will result from any breeding, or if the breeding will be successful and produce fertile eggs at all.

If you do not show within 30 minutes of the agreed upon pick up time, it will be considered a no call/no show and you will move to the bottom of the wait list. You will not be refunded the deposit previously paid to hold your spot.
