I deeply apologize to everyone who has custom ordered something. Due to Royal Mail going on strike, my package is delayed as I stated before. Unfortunately I cannot control the mail with the delays. With that being said, my package should be moving through the mailing system soon as the strike shouldn’t be going on anymore.

-All custom browbands must be paid in full when ordering.
-NO Returns/Refunds/ Exchanges on ALL CUSTOM ITEMS.
-IF ITEM is DAMAGED upon receiving, please message me on how to resolve the issue.
-Please ALLOW 2-6 weeks for all CUSTOMS to be made, when ordering I will specify when customs will be done. I try my best to get them done as quickly as possible!

-Shipping is $9 regardless on how many you order. FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100!

-I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! Under certain circumstances returns will be accepted. Buyer pays RETURN SHIPPING, NO EXCEPTIONS! ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING & MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT LEFT IN!

-IF ITEM IS RETURNED, Shipping is deducted from RETURN AMOUNT.
