A couple updates from Mystic Koi!

1. JPD KOI FOOD BACK IN STOCK!
Ready to make the switch to a winter-friendly koi food? Mystic Koi's favorites for this time of year are Sh**un and Fujizakura.

2. Our Fall Harvest Koi shipment is scheduled to arrive next Wednesday the 18th! We appreciate everyone's patience and are SO excited to get these guys home to your ponds.

Mystic Koi and Water Gardens is headed to Japan! We will be out there from October 15 - November 15. As usual we will be looking for koi for the shop and our clients, but this year specifically we will finding koi that will win the 2025 AAKS! Feel free to send me a message if you to want to win, cause we intend too as well.

Just a few days away from our Grow Out contest and Koi Festival!

schedule:
July 13th
10am we open! (non contest tosai become available) if you are interested in buying some of our Oofuchi and Koda tosai sign in first thing in the morning and we can assign a personal koi catcher for you. we should be able to help about 6 people at a time and limit your time to about 15 minutes.

11am SoCal ZNA will be judging their own grow out contest from last year! they selected tosai from Mystic Koi & Omosako.

1130am food!!!!! Hotdogs, Fries, and introducing from out farvorite Hawaiian treats!

1pm begin drawing names for the first and second rounds for the grow out selection of Marudo, Sekiguchi, and Koda koi

please purchase your ticket for selection online or at the shop before 1230 so that we can make sure your name is in the drawing so you can draft your koi.

Mystic Koi will be open for business from 11am-3pm, then reopen for the event at 4pm. Feel free to BYOB, chairs, and your favorite memories with the Dude! We will have a handful of snacks and beverages to share.

August 3rd I selected a shiro utsuri to do a growout contest with Hunter from Select Koi. In 7 weeks let's see how they all turn out! It's gonna be fun!

Last night, we welcomed a portion of our expected new koi from Taniguchi and Omosako! We are happy to announce they all arrived safe and sound to the shop!
