Poll time! Which would you buy for breeding stock? I love the lack of headstamp on #215. But the color on #210 is incredible! (Both are Pink Pastel Albino males)

The other day we posted this egg comparison from different clutches and we had a few people ask how big the babies were that hatched from the large egg clutch. Here is a comparison of the babies that hatched from our average sized clutch (albino - 6 grams) compared to a baby from the giant egg clutch (axanthic 14 grams). Bigger eggs do not always equal bigger babies, but in this case the entire clutch of babies from these big eggs were all pushing 14 grams each. Our largest babies yet!

An oldie but goodie egg comparison photo. These are both western hognose eggs. Believe it or not, the egg on the left has already incubated for a month compared to the egg on the right which was freshly laid. (Eggs do increase in size to some extent as they incubate)

Participating in the Supreme Gecko 12 Days of Christmas event was so much fun!!! The winner of our gift certificate selected our last gargoyle gecko baby that we had for the season. And he unknowingly arrived on his new little owners birthday!!! I know he will be well loved!
